First of all you are not suppose to mention kids name on this site, so if you are all that mention who you are (Run DMC). If you know anything about your school( Mr Run DMC) you would know that the men and women have different coaches, so with that being said how did he screw the boys when he dont coach the girls nor his daughter. Explain that, fool!!!
I just dont understand the people on this site, the Ozen boys track team only had 7 runners and finished with 50+ points to finish 4th overall so who really dont care!! The 4x100 is when one of their best legs re-injured himself and thats the only reason the alternate ran any relay. They are called alternates for a reason, they run any leg that cant go no matter the position. Real coaches do not change their lineup because of injuries and with that being said  the 4x200 had the lead with a freshman anchor that replaced the injured and the 4x400 had the lead also with an alternate. Its just called qualify to get out of district, state championships are not won in a district meet nor are the won if you fail to qaulify. So who is the donkey!!!

Most parents want Atkins because the kids want. But admin / BISD feel they know what's best. Let the man coach since the other choices are backing out

It seems Atkins would have a better shot at retaining his HIRE with TEA at the Helm than with the current BISD/ADMIN. that's in place. I have no earthly idea whether or not theOzen Fans,Parents or the old ''Hebert alumni'' are willing to give Atkins a shot. I've heard the players are ready to give Atkins their all. Just an observation. 

According to my logic? I never said anything about race..... I'm referring to Carrol Thomas the guy you want to protect BECAUSE of his skin color.... Your probably one of those people that voted for Obama simply because he's black... Didnt look at his history or credentials or un-american behavior..... If the best person for the job is black, then I say give him the job..... But if he starts screwing up, dont say "its ok because he's black".... I went to French High School in Beaumont and it was one of the greatest times in my life even now looking back and seeing it was probably 60-70% black... That to my knowledge never came up in the halls or in the locker room. Their are several people that I went to school with that are a hell of alot more successful than I will ever be they just happen to be a different color than I am. I am not a racist person, and my logic is only crooked selfish individuals misuse funds, especially funds that were intended for children...

Nothing wrong for one to root for their school, each one of these schools have lots of talent and if any of them are like Ozen, they have more talent on their campus not running than on the track! SMH

I don't give a Damn what name is on the building. I'm concerned with the kids that occupy the building. Very big difference. Too many senseless agendas has us in the predicament in the first place. I'm not saying the name should or shouldn't change, but can we focus on pertinent issues. JMO

So you think WB QB's used to go to camps when stump was there? Running a spread offense really isn't that complicated just look around texas more schools that have athletes run a spread offense. People in the pear orchard has been screaming for this multiple offense for ever but those days are over my friend. Even when I was playing the players on offense didn't buy into Rison's offense because they wanted to run the spread. Heck even Nederland was running the spread when I was in school.

Now this clown is their character witness? Wow! SMDH...

Magee comes off the books when the school year ends in June. So no BISD will not be paying three coaches at Ozen. This mess is crazy. They need to fix this BS quick, fast, and in a hurry.

I do not know what happened with Coach Atkins in the past.  However, some people on here are saying he must be innocent for this or that reason(certificate reinstated, charges dropped, etc.).  I have seen this happen before where the person charged just kept getting trial delayed and they finally gave up.  I have also seen teachers have relationships where they were allowed to resign so they could brush it under the table.  Only Coach Atkins, the girl and God know the complete truth.

What if he hasnt commited a crime? From what i have seen in the past, if there is any merit to the accusations the TEA wouldnt come close to giving his license back. Has anyone researched or seen what the charges against him were? Just curious. If the girl recanted her statement then something isnt jiving there.
