  1. @BrookAlumni - A lot of people are eating crow this time of year and you had your reasons for believing that it would go differently. At the start of the season they led you to believe that the team was one dimensional because my play son Justen Hervey is over in the Mountains of Utah somewhere and he took the Westbrook running game with him. I knew what Demarcus was capable of because he been doing it since the 7th grade with the exception of his 10th grade year where he suffered through the torn ACL. Craig Stomp and crew moved him up as a freshman to play varsity and left the same year. This team and last years team should have walked into the playoffs if not for the 3 - 4 defensive scheme and surely would've not had to sit around and wait for Laporte to win both years. I do understand that a lot goes on throughout a season and anything could happen. The coaches have their methods and they are going to stick to them and if I were a coach I would too with my job always on the line. Nowadays there is know room for the coach to get personal with his players and imprint on their lives. Back when we came up a coach cared and would walk you home if that is what it took to get into your head about your future. Plus this era of coaches come up with the scheme before they know what they have. This is not the NFL nor the NCAA where you draft players to fit your scheme or the NCAA where you go and recruit the kids that fit what you are trying to showcase on Saturdays. Y'all boys love your school and I totally get that so, no harm no foul from me and my little man!!! Much respect to the Wesbrook Alums out there and I just hope he made you all proud!!!

  2. @ozensfinest - Thank God you are not coaching our team!!! It is funny that you know so much about Manvel way down in Pearland but know so little about the kids across the street!!!! If you did you would know that our QB has just as many picks as TD's and every time we have tried to feature that weak air attack to take us to glory will have fallen short. That might would be our game plan if our starting running back was a sophomore who shouldn't be running the ball over a senior in Rodney Randle. We have my son the best running back in this area hands down. 202 carries 1440 yards and 19 TD's!!!! I told him earlier this season that this team will go only as he goes like at Channelview when he ripped off 219 yards and 5 TD's, when he ripped of 206 yards and 4 TD's against Central, when he ripped off 194 yards and 2 TD's against Sterling or 145 yards and 2 TD's at Memorial and let's not forget that he had 103 yards and 1 TD with 67 yards and 1 TD in the first half before our coach shut him down to display a dismal air attack against a group of kids who did not deserve to be embarrassed like that. We did not need to throw the ball for 400 + against Ozen! Who goes in to a game and throws a ball as much as you are saying when the opposing offense is as explosive as you say? You must have came in with that McGee Staff!!!! LOL!!!! Man have a good day!!!! :o :o :o :o :o :o

  3. Yes he is right BG I was talking about at the PREP rally. I am very proud to say that I am from The True SE Texas and last night I got to watch 3 very good running backs in the 2nd toughest District in the State of Texas. First watching my son goes without saying, I really love watching this kid play and I hope he gets the opportunity to do whatever it is that he wants to do in his life.

Next, Corey Dauphine is a joy to watch every time that he is on the field and his leadership showed the whole night as he pounded the ball and ran hard on every play last night nor, would he engage in any of the foolishness that took place on the field. See You on Saturdays young man!!! Class Act kid. Port Arthur you should be proud!!!

Then there is Kam Martin who is electric if he finds the A gap or the edge. It is your team next year. Go do your thang in the off-season and come back even stronger.

And yall give Kenny Ray a break! That defense was full of underclassmen and could have used CJ Levine this year. Titans future is very bright!!! Also do not sleep on Kadon Harrison because I remember a kid named Jalen Hurts who started his sophomore year and wasn't as good as #8 but now who is one of the top 3 QB's in Texas. Kadon arm is strong and his football IQ can do nothing but increase from a year like this one. Ask Hurts from CV!!!

  4. I AM PLEASED TO BRING YOU THE BADDEST YOUNG MAN ON THE PLANET!!! THIS YOUNG MAN NEEDS NO INTRODUCTION!!! THEY SAID THAT HE WAS NO JUSTEN HERVEY AND THEY SAID HE WAS NOT FCS OR FBS MATERIAL. ONE CLOWN EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT THERE ARE NO CHRISTIAN MICHAELS OR GREAT TALENT AT THE WB!!! HE HAILS FROM BEAUMONT, BY WAY OF THE WESTBROOK BRUINS!!! GIVE IT UP TO MY MAIN MAAAAAN, #3 DEMARCUS O'SHAY SMITH!!!

                                                                              FROM YOUR PROUD FATHER!!!!!!!

  5. LOL!!!! LOL!!!! I AM GLAD TO BE FAMOUS AND HAVE THAT KIND OF POWER TO MOVE A WHOLE FAN BASE!!!  GOOD STUFF!!! LOL!!!! HOWEVER WE WHERE HARDLY FRAZIER GOING INTO THIS GAME 3-3!!! NOW ON THE OTHER NOTE: I HAVE SAID BEFORE THAT WHEN YOU RUN A 3-4 AGAINST 200LB GUYS YOU WILL LOSE WHEN YOUR BIGGEST KID IN THE 2ND AND 3RD LEVELS IS 156 AT BEST!!! SIMPLE PHYSICS. THEY WILL PLAY WELL IN QUARTERS 1 AND 2 BUT YOU WILL WATCH THEM BREAK IN THE 3RD AND 4TH QUARTERS.

I JUST THANK GOD MY SON IS OK!!! CONGRATS DP!!!

  6. @BMTSoulja I knew that most would find me to be a homer and outlandish but I knew what I saw in the WB defense. While they have given up yardage on each game I knew that the style of game plan that CV would use would not control the game. WB struggles with big QB RB by committee offenses. I will tell Demarcus what you said and couldn't be more proud of his mentality last night. He is now 126 carries for 847 yards and 14 tds for the season.

  7. I HAD THE SCORE WRONG BUT I TOLD YOU GUYS THAT BEAUMONT WESTBROOK WOULD WIN THIS GAME!!! 49 -42 IS THE FINAL AND I AM SO SO PROUD OF MY SON DEMARCUS SMITH WHO WENT FOR 219 YARDS AND 5 TOUCHDOWNS FOR THE NIGHT!!!

HOWEVER, WITH THAT BEING SAID, CHANNELVIEW IS A HELL - OF - A TEAM!!! JALEN HURTS IS AWESOME AND WAS A JOY TO WATCH!!! NUMBER 6 IS SUPER FAST AND LIGHTNING QUICK!!! JEFFERIES IS AN AWESOME TALENT THAT DID NOT GET OFF TONIGHT BUT WILL DO GREAT THINGS!!! THANK YOU TO THE FALCON FAMILY FOR YOU HOSPITALITY AND HUMILITY!!!

    GREAT GAME :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
