Cavs had breakdowns. Do it game2 they getting beat by 30. Warriors role players im ok with shooting they wont stay hot, those 20 pts klay and steph hit beat em. Bron gotta guard Steph rest of the series IMO.

The Warriors bench were not shooting any differently than all season. The only players who is shooting above average is Barnes and he found his touch towards the last ten games of the season. Steph and Klay will wake up and unless Cleveland slows the game it will be over in 5 this year.

Welp its Warriors vs Cavs again in the Finals, Cavs healthy this time though.

Just I said last year, Cavs being healthy may end up hurting them. Love and Irving are offensive minded and no team wants to get a run and gun game against the Warriors. Keeping it low scoring is what hurts the Warriors. OKC with their height is the exception to the rule.

    I'd say the later.

If they come out and say that is the reason then Baylor needs to release them and let them play anywhere.

If it is the other case I am not so sure because as people have mentioned you sign with the school not the coach. Yes the coach recruits you but it is the school that you represent. Same with high school and pros. Coaches leave or get fired.

  4. I don't know about Zalalem and Green. Both are young and have the hype, but they have not done well. Zalalem this season lost his starting spot for 2nd division Rangers and Green barely plays at all. They have time to become better but right now I just do not see them.

On a side note, can Lalas ever say anything positive about the US under Klinsmann?

  5. Just wait until he can drive himself to practice. For all the players that have been given the hype, he looks like the best one to break the curse and sustain it. Along with Nagbe, Wood, Yedlin, and Zardes, if he ever masters the first touch, this team should be a force in Russia (or wherever it gets played in) in 2018. Copa America Centenario could not come at a better time.

  6. What about a TV ban for Baylor football? Not from the NCAA but what if the networks say no to broadcasting Baylor unless Briles is fired? The contract they sign is with the conferences so as long as they show the required games the networks (Disney and Fox) would not be in violation. The other schools in the conference will probably be on the fence, but the coaches will like that it hurts Baylor's chance to recruit players. Recruits want exposure and without TV they are not going to want to go there if they are offered by another school.

    Just an idea

Maybe he and Hermann can switch?

Nobody is going to go anywhere near Baylor when this is all said and done. Yes it is a job in a power 5 conference, but too much risk not enough reward.

As for Briles it will be very difficult to find another job, because everywhere he has gone there has been controversy involving morality and ethics. No one knows what the truth is except him, but there always seems to be something.

Yes it is that you forgot about the hometown Cardinals. Lamar's ranked just above Houston

I don't see how Briles and Ken Star still have jobs.  Luckily for them they work for a private university or they would have been gone long ago.

This is the hidden content, please

There's even more to the whole story that makes it much much worse, but best not to go into the info publicly. More than just the higher ups and athletic department are involved with these cases.

It may be a while down the road but there's another district on 75 where the real money in Dallas resides outside of Highland Park. When that district decides it's time for a new stadium, it will become the new crown jewel of THSF. The district already has two nice stadiums but you can bet the egos in that part of town will want the best one, the residents could care less about the actual product on the field.

Highland Park will never build a new stadium. They have no room to build anything else. Just to expand the high school they had to build a basement.
