Banks will be back mid way thru district. No banks means more Zach Evans n Lil D

BU wins 27-20. Too many athletes on the field for the Timberwolves and that D line will be in the backfield every play.

But I thought you said they were trying to "win" though??
I don’t think Pasadena Dobie was trying to win with 3rd string QB in the game.

I was gonna say this last week after going to the inter squad scrimmage, but WB will miss L’Raven playmaking ability. Don’t get me wrong Troy is solid and has a good arm but Idk is like last night I went looking for something and I just didn’t see it. Hopefully the bruins make me eat my words. Hoping for a great season
Troy will be okay and most likely throw for 3k yards this season. Anderson will relieve him and be the running threat Lil Ray was last Yr.

Without going to the scrimmage last night, I don't know who #21 is but I do know who #13 is. You tell us why you think they aren't starting...
PNG coaches are smart and know how to win. I’m sure they’ll put their best players on the field next week after evaluating the two scrimmages.

Blake Bost is the real deal. Very smart and just nicked and dimed WB’s Defense. Very intelligent kid who will manage the game but will catch you sleeping and drop a bomb on you over the top

Keep that same energy September 13th. I don’t wanna hear excuses like last year after we mop the field with yall FakeWolves this yr.
Beaumont United will beat Memorial this Yr. Guarantee it!

I heard Malcolm will be taking over but I personally think they should bring Jeff Nelson back

Camps and 7 on 7 is not a determiner of greatness. I personally think the kid is over-rated. I am impressed on the hype. Any kid can go to these combine-camps and look good. I'm going to wait to see what his Varsity years look like.
I agree. Many kids can do it but it’s a reason sooo many don’t! Bama, Texas, A&M, Georgia, LSU, Florida, Florida State, Oklahoma, USC, Baylor and Georgia Tech don’t just pass out scholarships to 14yr old Freshmen everyday. I was told Anderson had private work-outs in-front of Saban, Jimbo, Herman and a few others Hc’s with other elite 4 and 5 star prospects from around the country before each camp he was invited to.

Doesnt he have Silsbee ties??? What position will he play? Seems like he has already won over all the big time schools. Cant wait till see him play.
Spring game he played free safety and they had a special package for him at QB. He’ll play both ways and probably full time QB once the Senior Stud Troy Yoman leaves.

Whoa Whoa Whoa. Too much dip on your chip. Word on the street he’s one and done at the Brook. (IMG)

His dad told me he will be starting at Safety...
Spring game Bryce had his own package on offense. Pretty much Lil Rays package. Kid scored twice and lead his team to 4 tds. He also had a pick that ended the game and secured the win for his team

Is Bryce playing QB on varsity?
11 minutes ago, Alpha Wolf said:A lot of us former Jaguars were not happy about the season. Central wasn't any world beaters but the teams always got out there and competed. Some people are use to 2-8 seasons...
Todd Peterman was a top notch coach that applied but he didn't go to Antioch or Ozen with the current Superintendent. He actually came down an interviewed, wanted the job but she wouldn't let him bring his OC and DC. He would have had to use all the coaches already at the school.
I heard LSU offered Bryce Anderson

#2 for sure or just have #6 play press coverage with safety helping over the top

They played back because the only one in that secondary run under a 5.0 in the 40 is num 1
They also have a 6ft 3in jr that runs 4.6 and a 6ft freshman that runs 4.5.

6ft Freshman point guard Ashlon Jackson is a highly ranked freshman in the nation. Recruiters and scouts follow her every move

So, noone really addressed it, but whats the status of Robert McGrue? He played very limited in the win over Cy Creek. Was he injured, or was it disciplinary, and will he be ready to go, Saturday?

Who is the DC?
Is the problem the d line or play calling?
It baffled me how Tompkins constantly ran to the same side probably 35 or 40 times and got positive yards every time
Defensive Line is ok. Its the Linebackers and Dbs that are tremendously undersized and get pushed around. They're tough and most of them will hit you but I don't think any of them are taller then 5-9 besides the corner Drew (6-3) and the safety Hawk (5-11

North shore with a pick six.
North Shore 49- Katy 31
4 min left in the 4th -
Katy going for it on 4th and 11 a critical mistake. Had a chance to pin North Shore deep with plenty of time remaining. North Shore makes them pay with a back breaking long run to go up 42-31.
-
Zach Evans likely seals the win for North Shore on a 59 yard TD run for a 42-31 lead on Katy with 4:33 remaining
