I have gotten rave reviews about Mr Bradford. Should get to see a lot of him in a few months. -

Nope. The other big game is the one that would have a huge dose of justice involved. Heck they only lost by 15 the first time with the best player and shooter out. Might be a game without a hand tied behind the back (and a kid on JV due, in part, to a chicken š© vote by said school). -
You are right about that first championship. Tough to be deeper than that team. Sig played 15 deep for most of that year š. How do you get deeper? Play 20 and everyone gets to ply a quarter? Was a weird situation too. You guys are right that the upper classmen were very instrumental in that run. Yet the two best players were freshmen.

You donāt cut any slack TW08. I like your style š -
Yeah if you pressing, you are inviting a layup or dunk. Conversely, Iām with you on the unwritten rule. Another unwritten rule is that if you break the first unwritten rule, donāt be surprised when you receive a hard foul in the process. Yet another reason to abide by the first unwritten rule. But again, if a team is still pressing, obviously the competition is still on and so is scoring.

[Hidden Content] I couldnāt figure out where to post this so thought here was as good as any other thread. And although Iām sure itās not PC, I lolād.

Vidor also got hit hard by Covid. They are closer to the other teams in the district than their record indicates.

Jesus meets a Republican, a libertarian and a democrat. He notices the Republican is blind so he lays his hands on him. The Republican exclaims āthank you Lord! I can finally see.ā Jesus notices the libertarian is crippled so he walks over and lays his hands on him. The Libertarian stands up and cries out, āThank you dear Jesus! I can now walk!ā Finally Jesus walks over to the Democrat. The Democrat throws his hands out and screams, āDonāt you dare touch me! Iām on disability!ā

Probably so. If the Horns get back to full strength, I wouldnāt be surprised if an āupsetā occurs though that could shake that up. -

Shepherd must not be as bad as some thought. I can see how they might be tough to beat with 60 percent of your starters injured. -

Did we lose a horseman? Sounds like you had a heckuva game for a while. -
Their one loss was to 5A #15 ranked Highland Park. And whs is correct - that loss was in November, while Argyle was also still playing football.

Thatās the one everyone wants to see. And Lancaster will likely be waiting in SA. I hear they have had a couple of kids transfer in since the season started. Of course, they are already suited up and playing. And their PG, A&M signee Wade Taylor is a pgās pg. That kid is something else.

Iāve had to steer clear and watch feeds.

And would at least be in the conversation as most dominant in most every year weāve had for some time. They still have a lot they need to accomplish to go down as one of THE teams but they could hang with MOST any I have seen in this area (at a minimum).

Roll Call.... who's gonna watch the inauguration?

Same. Although I would like to personally thank Bernie Sanders. I may remember this inauguration above all others due to these glorious memes. Iām here for those. -

Scary thing is that if Arceneaux is 1, Yates is 1A. The only player in either of their leagues in this area is the other one. And as gifted as each is, their intangibles are just as impressive. -

If they get healthy what a horrible first round matchup that will be for a district champion. Ask Huffmanās last yearās 30-2 team... If they donāt get healthy, walk in the park. -

Losing 2 starters (including your best player) is tough for most any school this size to overcome. Most 4A schools are not blessed with great depth. In basketball, every injury to key players is just magnified. Losing 2 starters in hoops is the equivalent of losing 9 starters in football. How is that going to effect most 4A schools? -

As Iām sure you know, it is nothing new for a team to go play at the Hill and complain about the refs. Iām sure some of it is sour grapes, but sometimes where thereās smoke.... -

You donāt share the logic that a freshman star who has never played in a playoff game wouldnāt likely play better as he gets more experience? Iām not sure the opposing view has any logic involved in it. Edit: which is to say, while my theory isnāt an absolute, it certainly would be a logical conclusion.
