The problem is these kids listen to the fans and not the coaches. The qb quit on his team after his last interception, then some fans were like pull him out and he refused to go back in. I've always told my child never turnaround and talk to the fans.

Honestly Hancock wasn't to bad of a coach. He did make the playoffs. Some people didn't want him there and had him ran off. Then once they got what they wanted he didn't pan out to be any good.

Last week was Dayton QB first game back from injury. Once the offense get it together I think they'll surprise some teams. The 7th grade team is blowing teams out.
