Any excuses might be similar to those you EC fans would have had had you been on the losing end of that game. Sounds like good football by two good teams to me. Just the way it should be!

You know, it's sad that one has to pick apart the reasons for losing. Many things went right for the Hawks to get where they were today. The coaches and players did an outstanding job! The entire program should be proud!!!

I believe that HJ has a couple of players still in basketball as well. You play each game with the players you have for the day. I enjoyed the fact that Dayton and HJ scheduled games this year. Jeff Stewart is a great guy. He was the high school coach of the HJ head coach, I believe.

You know, folks need to get on these girls' basketball and softball sites and learn to "speak" in this Forum. There are such nice, complimentary statements made here that are not made in the boys' football, basketball, and baseball sites too much. And, it's from opponents as well as a team's own supporters. It is refreshing to come to the girls' board. Thanks to everyone for the good sportsmanship shown in these posts. I enjoy the information and the comments.
