If you can access some film from last season you can form that opinion on your own. Hardin had multiple injuries in their back field last year and had far too many turnovers to succeed. We shall see if they're soft soon enough.

Four will be seniors. Marquez will be a sophomore.

No sir. Nance wasn't all district anything. He will get alot of attention due to size and grades. He played well his Jr. year and has made tremendous strides this off season.

I'm not sure as to who will be playing tight end at this point. Nance has not made any commitment to Lamar. He was the tight end last year until Mettlen's injury. He did not get picked as all district.

Hardin's smallest lineman weighs about 205lbs. They have three lineman at 260 or above. I'm pretty sure the average NFL lineman is over 300. Your sarcasm makes you look silly.

He would need to put on some weight to play at the next level as a lineman. He has a good work ethic so its certainly possible.

I never stated that Hardin would set the world on fire come fall. Offensively, they will run a more balanced attack. Their smallest o-lineman is 6'5" and weighs 205. The next smallest is 6'7" and weighs 260. He has been offered a full ride to Lamar University. The biggest lineman is 6'8" and weighs 330. He was unable to play last year due to injury. I'm not on here to bash coaches or programs but simply to support the Hardin Hornets.

Only time will tell. A new scheme offensively and a massive o-line should lead the Hornets to more success this season. I believe 8-2 is a stretch but I hope salesman is right.

If you guys are trying to compete in State 7on7, it's equally expensive for all who participate; furthermore it's a separate entity from HS football & is paid for by parents of kids participating so I don't see the gripe. I suggest you guys get your pennies saved up or get to fundraising. Whining isn't allowed in 7 on 7 either. To the smart guy talking about " not talking about scrimmage". This was a suggestion for you to save money. I hope you aren't the "small school" representative. Sheeeez some people

JV tied Newton for the district title. I think they were unable to play each other due to weather.

Pre-district schedules do not "completely" change every two years. Hardin has played Tarkington for the past three years at the least.I'm pretty sure they played every year that Haynes was here as well.

I was talking about pre-district games.

No one really blame. If it can't be worked out then it just can't be worked out. I was given a different reason from both Tarkington and Hardin.

I was told Hardin tried to schedule both HD and Tarkington but neither team wanted to. If Hardin will be as weak as some think, why wouldn't these teams want to schedule them to ensure they don't go into district play winless.
