Morale will be down after a week 0 loss to them rival 1A Hull-Daisetta Bobcats. ;D
lol
Why the laugh? You really in your heart, think Hardin beats HD this season? LMAO! ;D :D :) And Hardin is playing in the swamp at Bobcat Stadium, gonna be ugly!
The lol is at your arrogance. You must be the CEO of Waste Management since you are constantly talking trash on this site. You do nothing but put down other teams and call people names if they don't agree with your nonsense. Grow up big boy. You could take a few lessons from those young Bobcats. -
HD, Liberty, Tarkington. I guess two outta three ain't bad.
-
I remember Parnell. He was one heckuva ball player.
-
I saw the Lavalais brothers playing ball at the field in Hardin a few days ago. They are indeed excellent players but no where near the sizes posted.

There is a young Reescano who I think is only in the 8th grade. Extremely talented family.

Depends on where you are from. If the "hornet" in your name indicates Hardin, you are wasting your time! 8) ;D
That makes no sense. The question was can anyone provide any feedback on Randy Rogers recruiting. I think you're a little agitated about my comments on a different thread. I have nothing but respect for the program at HD. By the way, insidetexas.com class of 2015 has a different opinion than the one you stated. -
Does anyone have any feedback to share about Randy Rodgers Recruiting?
-
You guys have to remember that if your opinion is not the same as bobcat fan opinion then it is pointless. They can dish it out but can't take it. Go Wolves. Go Cats. EVERYONE knows that the HD Bobcats are God's gift to Texas football.

Hd guys got quiet after that.
They'll wake up in little bit. Lol -
Yes, we know, it's "only" March of 2013, but recruiting never stops, and we keep the wheel spinning with this impressive group of high school hot shots to keep an eye on over the course of the next two seasons. Introducing the class of 2015. . .
Highlighted are those that have the most buzz at this time, they aren’t necessarily the best. I wanted to get this list up because Texas is about to really start familiarizing itself with the class in the coming weeks.

Hardin-Class of 85. My son will be a junior at Hardin.
-
While I'm certainly not a Bobcats fan they certainly cannot be overlooked. Even though they are classified as 1A they could compete in alot of 2A districts. The Lavalais brothers along with several other talented returnees will be ready for whoever they play.

55, the camp is worth the money simply because of the exposure it will give him. Based on his size and his ability he will be receiving plenty of visits during his high school years. My son is a sophomore and has been intoduced to several recruiters already. They have all told him that they "can't coach size". It also helps tremendously if the coach promotes his players as well and assuming your son attends HD I think Coach Finney will do just that. It will also be beneficial if you maintain a good relationship with the AD. Good luck to your son in the years ahead.
Really good post. Yes he attends HD, my son and I have a good relationship with Coach Finney. I was 6'4 270lbs my senior year of football at HD. I'm thinking my son will be that size also, if not bigger. As a 7th grader he is 6'0 257lbs (13 years old). Thanks for the feedback.

How long has the current head coach been there? Are the really graduating very much of the "old" culture? Good luck to the Horns.

JG1834 you are wasting your breath. Disciplined programs win and that's what Haynes has done at numerous places. You can't convince some people and that's all there is to it. Good luck to the Lumberton Raiders next season. You have selected a fine man to lead your players.
-
No Scatright, I'm not saying that. If Coach Morgan would have stayed his son more than likely have been the quarterback starting his freshman year. Jordan Nolan was a good quarterback his junior year when given the opportunity. Anthony Morgan went on to have alot of success at Carthage.
-
Jordan Nolan was a good quarterback before Haynes came to Hardin. He wasn't given a chance until Coach Haynes came. I can remember watching him during the last couple of games of his junior year and wondering why this kid had not been the starting qb all year.
-
His track record speaks for itself. Not sure if he has ever coached 5A.
-
Hardin actually made the play offs in Coach Haynes first two years finshing 9-3 in his first season. His offense led by Myles Taylor put up 520 yards passing in a game against EC. Unfortunately, due to lack of defense, Hardin lost the game 53-46. They averaged 39 points a game that year but gave up an average of 41 points a game. If they have some defense to go along with the offense that he will bring, Lumberton should be ok.
-
Coach Haynes did a decent job in Hardin. I believe their won/loss record was 29-23 while he was there. He retired from Hardin due to the school districts budget constraints. He accepted the incentive offered and moved on. He and his wife recently built a home in Wildwood so he could possibly hang around for awhile.

Dumas and Delahoussaye will be solid as well as Mata, Mettlen, and several other young players. Their starters will be mostly underclassmen again. Most players have increased their strength tremendously with the implementation of an off season program. The o-line should be greatly improved being led by 6'6" 345 lb Mettlen along with 6' 270 lb Leader. Mahaney will be another young man to keep an eye on. Drake and Thompson will lead the defense. They will win more than one or two games.

Put down other teams? lol. By saying HD will beat them? lol.

They say ignorance is bliss. You must be one happy dude. Remember, it's all in good fun.
