a friend and i went to an undisclosed location sunday and caught a couple of specks and several flounder.  another friend went to the same spot yesterday and caught a limit of each ;)

Has been very heartbreakingly close to get a signature win 3 times over the past 10 days.  three losses to top-7 teams by a total of 7 points.  at 14-9, and 3-6 in the big 12, they've got some serious work to do to make the tourney.

pretty mad.  my buddy was supposed to be at my house at 4 to leave.  called him at 4:02, he didn't answer, then called him again at 4:06 and he wanted me to pick him, which put me leaving beaumont at 4:25 when i could've left by myself at 3:50.  didn't get out to HJ until 4:55, and now i'm back home.  thinking about hitting him.

plan on getting to HJ by 430, which will hopefully guarantee me a spot.  not looking forward to spending 3 hours sitting around waiting for the game, though.

HJ wins 70-59.  I wouldn't be surprised if HJ won by 20.  of course, i wouldn't be surprised if Silsbee won, either.
