Saw on Twitter that DP was up 20-3. 

Buna was winning 2-0 going into top 6 but Woodville hit a 3 run homer & later scored on a wild pitch to make it 4-2. Woodville still batting. Make that 5-2 now. 

Hardin wins 6-2. 

I had to leave before this game was over.  From what I saw, (I was also watching Hardin/Anahuac baseball game) I was impressed with Silsbee's pitcher.  Had good speed but really good movement.  LCM battled though.  

Hardin wins 10-0 in 5. 

2-0 Silsbee in 6th. 3B hits homer over fence. 

Actually 17 Ks. The foul tip out was a K  

1-0 Silsbee in bottom 3rd.

Yep, it's always cool to hear stories like that. 

I remember reading about a game in California that took 30 innings to play and the winning pitcher had 61 Ks in that game. It took about 300+ pitches for her to do that. The final score was 1-0.

I think I know the bunt you are talking about but the 3B had a clean field but a bad throw.  E-5

Funny thing is though, if it had been a good throw, it would have been a bang-bang play and would have been up to the ump to make the judgement call.  But as I saw it, error on the 3B.

Your sarcasm writer is not too bad. Yes, Hardin has done well but we know Woodville has done well too (and a whole lot better than what you're trying to say here.)  There's no confusion about that.

Yes, it was.  12-0 for Hardin in 5 innings.  However, after the game, the Hardin baseball team presented donated items to the Deweyville team.  

Hardin/EC game is 5:30, not 6:30

Yes, I knew Leon was good but I expected this to be more of a barnburner than a sweep.  I can't help but wonder if something happened to one of the key members of East Bernard, like #15.  She was the primary setter in a 6-2 offense and could hit like a ton of bricks too.  Leon blew them out of the water.  

Hard to be MVP when you can't beat the first place district team, much less even take a game at all out of a match. 

She did get Offensive MVP.

Yes, you are right.  However, if you look at the graphic, you  will see that the years with an asterisk (*) are the ones representing the district champion years; all the years listed are the years Hardin made the playoffs. In '08, tri-district champs sure, but it still counts as an *.

Out of the 17 years that Regina Snell has coached at Hardin, the Lady Hornets have made the playoffs 15 times.  That is definitely a tradition!

It took 3 sets to win last night against Kountze. 25-13, 25-12, 25-6
