Yes all games can possibly be scouted, but the varsity staff can't come scout you on Tuesday or Friday when they also have games. Seeing a team in person yourself before a game is a way bigger advantage than having a middle school coach or some other scout go watch a team for you. If this game was played tonight you would have all 3 teams ( head and assistant) Ozen and Central are playing in the first and possible second round there to watch guaranteed. A head and assistant coach from all three schools who would not see that game at all first hand under any other possible scenario.

If you play the game on Monday or Wednesday every team Ozen and Central could possibly play in the first 3 rounds will come scout the game and see them play a game that they otherwise wouldn't get to see. Because teams most likely aren't trading district film. So now any team you play in the first couple of rounds has more current and updated information on you than you do them.

So Central and Ozen should make their selves easier for the playoff opponents to scout by playing on a different night, so they can accommodate the crowd that cares more about Valentine's day than they do supporting their teams. Logical

So you think teams should change their routine and practice schedules they have had all year to not play a game on Valentine's day? I laughed

I hope they don't feel the need to win by 65 against an inferior opponent to prove a point.

That is all well and good, but if you sucker punch someone in the head it is going to go viral period. I agree with you an adult shouldn't post it, but it is going to happen. If it wasn't this guy it would have been someone else. Bottom line is kid has to know better and shouldn't have done it he put his future in others hands. 

It is the world we live in nowadays. You do something like this the video is going to get out period. Right, wrong, or indifferent you can argue about how things should or shouldn't be, but it is what it is. You do or say something in a public setting good chance it is coming out one way or another.

Porter sits currently at 7-1. They had a tournament before Thanksgiving their coaches must not do a very good job of keeping their stuff updated.

Don't know but Marshall, Livingston, and Coldspring were all in Huntington last year.

Wasn't at the game but would venture to say this post is far more embarrassing than anything on the field today. They are still giving degrees out for this. If it is so bad go get your degree become a coach and do better.

Semi final round and those are accurate stats,  he had good numbers but not nearly that good against Klein Oak in the championship.

Should be a good tournament, but that schedule is a bit off.

QB for Porter is as tough as they come. Don't see him getting rattled by a pass rush. Just have to get more separation from the secondary than they have been getting the past few weeks. 

I'll take Silsbee. King lost a lot and Silsbee is the real deal.
