Defense has been held teams to lows all year long. They have kept us in the games 2 different games a FG made we would be 8-3. Just like if the Browns had a kicker they would have beat the Saints. So don’t give me that. The only thing you made a point on is offensive playcalling has sucked but a certain offensive minded coach has been fired and has been offered a contract to be with the cowboys. Plenty of coaches would love to have the opportunity to coach this team, just have to deal with JJ.

On defense we gotta hold containment, and get pressure. Linebacker spy on the QB Carthage did that and worked out. Seems they do most damage with him getting flushed out of pocket and scramble. They didn’t wrap up very well on defense and over persuit a bunch, they didn’t like someone coming hard down hill that’s where we miss Scott a lot, we gotta have some long time consuming drives and get touchdowns. Lamar beats McNeese tonight 21-17 and wins 6th straight. Likely will enter the top 25 and have the inside track on getting a at large bid for the playoffs. We will find out tomorrow at 1130. This new coach has things going in the right direction at LU. Lamar might be the hottest team in their respective division. Yes I know Lamar has there own forum on here but no one gets on it. Lol.

Both Marshall losses come at 2 11-0 teams in Longview and Carthage. They are a super talented team from the bEAST. They have a long bus drive to Houston with Thanksgiving week never know could catch them slipping. I hope we get healthy in a hurry. David vs Goliath match.
