Man that’s a weak schedule
Would have liked to seen Jasper again making it comparable to 2021. Obviously West Orange Stark will be a test along with Kinkaid. 2021 was a special season and set the bar pretty high but I think Peevey and the boys will be ready come district.

On the come up...yet to be seen. Do it for more than one year and get back to me.
BUT..... why wouldn't the HC consider PNG??? Facilities, tradition, winning season.....
Haha
LCM is literally the definition of "on the come up"

The whole District improved. LCM had a great run. Vidor lost their first game by 5 to the improved 4th place finisher, Chapel Hill, who’s in the State Semi-Finals. Huffman & Lumberton made a good account of themselves before falling to Kilgore & Lindale. I look for the whole District to improve again next year. The four teams going forward in 2022 will be formidable.
I have a feeling the district may have bonus matchups after the regular season is over next year.

Get a full season with the kids. I believe we have 7 coming back on defense
Look for talent to be pulled from other sports along with move-ins. Ashton Landry is going to be tough to replacement but I hear there's the grandson of a legendary local running back who's a freshman this year.

He clearly crossed the goal line on the play before that too. Refs were awful tonight.
Awful is an understatement.

LCM opponents wins and loses. 90-52. Chapel Hill 74-66. If you believe in Calpreps it has LCM winning 28-24. Calpreps has been 3-0 predicting our playoff games! I think it’s going to be a close one!
And they've been pretty close on the point spread. See y'all tomorrow! Come early!

Contain their QB and get pressure on him. Their defense will over pursue so look for some misdirection. Looking for mistake free play with no turnovers and hope Ashton is 100%.

LCM vs Chapel Hill
Friday 7:30 pm
Cy Fair - Berry Stadium
I've talked to a lot of folks in Bear nation that didn't make the El Campo game that will be in attendance for this one. Expect a loud and rowdy crowd.

Some talk on other site Chapel Hill to roll over LCM. Like El Campo before them - like Kilgore was thinking about Chapel Hill, that kind of thinking will get you beat. They see Vidor beat LCM, and they beat Vidor, forgetting the fact that Vidor was 100% healthy when the Pirates beat LCM, and played CH with a crippled backfield and HC missing. Plus the Bears appear to be peaking. Methinks CH is in for a surprise.
Just curious what that other site would be?

Speed, Speed, Speed.
Chapel Hill has plenty of it. The Bears won't be facing a one-trip pony as they did with El Campo. Stay home, play your position and pray for a healthy Landry.

Halfway to Tyler is not college station…probably be Lufkin or maybe SFA.
My apologies I wasn't meaning something geographically in between more like the distance from the schools.
Chapel Hill and Little Cypress are right at 3 hours from CS.

I’d imagine the coaching staff is working on new plays that they have not seen before. Defense wise we just have to get to the running backs before they get started
Peevey will have a couple of tricks up his sleeve.

I’d say yes, they had a good rowdy crowd in Channelview. Their following was not afraid at all to let those refs know exactly how they feel. Kinda made me feel right at home, almost. I was just surrounded by too much green… so much green man I tell ya.
It was packed.
Lcm is getting turf field!!!

Post 2022 season... New press box and expanding the visitor's side to become the home stands. Also moving the existing softball field and creating parking on the West end of the stadium for the home team. I for one would throw some RGB lighting in to display the home team colors.
Now the Bears will look like a Cadillac.... Just don't play like a Ford.
