I can totally understand that, but there are local tournaments other than Evadale's that you could play in. Also, the Gulf Coast Classic in Barbers Hill is a good one, not too far away. And regarding the Bobcats own tourney, a couple of tougher opponents in that one wouldn't hurt.

Dayton is proving that they cannot stop SS. A different defense better come out in the second half, or SS will score 70 on the Broncos. 42-28 now SS has scored on 6 of the 7 first half possesions.

Actually I think it's a basketball game broadcast by mistake.

Classes 3A, 2A and 1A district champs recieve first round byes. Classes 5A and 4A all will play first round. I will follow up with what districts play each other in my next post.

First, I want to say it was an honor and a pleasure to be able to broadcast Coach Boutte's last game at Ozen. Andre is a HOF coach that will be sorely missed there at Ozen. Good luck to you Coach Boutte, may you succeed in your new job as you have your whole coaching career. Also, I would like to thank HoopInsider Cooper on his help with the broadcast last night. I too think the Bobcats should try to increase their strength of schedule. It may cause for more losses in the beginning, but they would benefit in the long run. Of course, they may have tried bumping up the schedule, but it takes two to tango, if you know what I mean.

Robert, I think it would be in the best interest of Central if this game got canceled. I've seen Hightower this year, they would beat my Silsbee Tigers by 30 or more.

Okay HJ fans, give us the run down. BTW, that's 3 home losses already this season for the Hawks, didn't expect that.

I predicted a 20 point win for the Tigers but I am not that suprised that Silsbee won it by 44. Jasper really isn't very good. I saw them at the Big Sandy tourney and really wasn't impressed. Goodrich handled them pretty well and Big Sandy also beat them. They may get in the playoffs from that 18-3A district, but I look for Center, Rusk, and Lufkin Hudson to be the playoff teams from that district. Silsbee looks to be back on track.
