Navasota did lose some scoring and rebounding when Dexter Pratt enrolled at LSU this semester. He avg. 16 points and 6 rebounds for them last year.

Yes Huntington did drop out but Lufkin Hudson replaced them. Also, Liberty Hill was #20 last week also but they are in Region 2, not 3.

Maybe he will go to Florida instead, better education and football program. Meyer said it perfect after the BCS game.........."if your fast and athletic then Florida is the place to go"!!!!!! Jeremy would qualify.

Certainly it does. I correct myself and say the #2 seed will play Navasota in the second round.

There were no nominations for any Dayton offensive lineman and like mentioned earlier, the only defensive player to be nominated was Bethea.

The runnerup in our district would face Navasota in the second round, providing that our runnerup wins their first round game. Navasota gets the bye in the first round. Of course, the Rattlers would have to win their district first, which they should.

So you only need one nomination but Dylan was only nominated once?? All you need is the one nomination. It would have been good to have multiple posts from different members supporting that nomination. That's what I am saying.

I have heard that there have already been many advanced ticket requests!!! There are fans, bandwaggoners, college recruiters and even a man claiming to be from the Harlem Globetrotters coming to see "The Greatest Show on Earth" when they come to Sour Lake to play the Hawks on 1/30!!!! :o :o Better get your ticket early!!!! I am going to camp out near the HJ gym following the game on the 27th so that I can be in the gym to see this team play!!!!! Before you jump to conclusions, dont forget Legacy took WOS to overtime at a neutral site. Legacy won their game vs OF at Legacy. OF hasnt been playing well lately so they better get their act together by district. They play at Coldspring on tuesday, which is another good warmup for district since Coldspring will likely get 2nd in that district. If they can win that game, it will give them some good momentum going into district. Coldspring is not as good as they have been in the past. I saw them play 2 games over at the Barbers Hill tourney and they didn't look all that good. They lost both those games handily. Orangefield better beat this team but I said that about Legacy too.

Those schools do not play football.

Bleed, come see Silsbee's new gym floor, I'll think you'll like it. Did they just add the new floor this year? Anyone have a picture, I'd love to see it. Just added it this year.
