Not upset, huh. I should have used the 1/2 point system with the picks. That was what my intentions were when I used the example with Ozen and PNG when discussing the pushes. I did not want any ties. That was my fault( for about the 5th time I have said :) for not making that clear. If you would like, I will go back and change it.

Xavior is a '6"2 soph. who was just brought up off the JV a couple of weeks ago. Harris is playing very well and is definetly contributing to the team. With the addition of '6"6 Barnes coming up off of the JV next week, the Tigers will have 4 soph. playing on varsity, 2 of them being starters. I also wished Donovan would have played basketball last year. He definetly could jump out of the gym. I guess that's why he won the state championship in the high jump last year to go along with his 110 meter hurdle championship.

Here is what I posted: I will do an area pickems starting this Tuesday night and for the remainder of the district play using only these districts: 20-4A, 21-3A, and 23-2A That's 10 games to pick and I will use HoopInsider's point spreads with these picks. So when you make a pick, you have to take in consideration of the point spread. Example: Ozen is favored by 21 points over PNG, so if you pick Ozen, they will have to win by more than 21 points. All pushes(ties) will result as an incorrect pick.

Yeah, I can see it that way. I was really glad Lazeek brought out the descrepency. I just didn't want to have to deal with the push issue. I am going to try the 1/2 point system this go round and see what the response to that will be. Thanks Chad for your input.

18 ) The bashing of any particular coach, player, referee, etc will not be tolerated. This includes issues involving their personal lives, coaching/playing style or performance, past experiences, etc It is my understanding that the "ect" in this rule covers school administrators and school board members. Calling out the school board as a whole is okay. Bashing them individually and naming them, will not be tolerated.
