Then that brings up this question. Since you do not have kids in the HJISD and you say that you would never have your kids attend HJISD, then swag, why are you so concerned with what goes on over at HJISD? From what I know, none of the kids that you have spoken about were forced to stay at HJ. ;)

I didn't know that there was such a thing as a "head" jv coach. ::) Most jv teams that I have seen, the OC runs the offense, the DC runs the defense. 14 wins at the JV level is not what I would be looking for to fill an AD position. ;)

[/quote] I have not seen this year's version of Jasper (only heard), but they cannot be as bad as the Jasper team in '06. That year, Silsbee defeated them 35-0 in just over 2 quarters. A very bad storm blew in with about 8 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, teams waited for 15 minutes and then Jasper's coach decided to just end it. I have said it many times, that was by far the worst Jasper team I had ever seen and I have seen many of them over the years.

I cannot recall any player from EC of late that has gone on to play basketball at the next level.
