1.
Vidor is still playing for playoff seeding,  I don't know if sitting starters is a good idea.  Ned will probably do it, but they are set as far as seeding and the DC go.
Vidor is not playing for any seeding. They are set as the DI #2 seed. Only thing remains is the DII #1 and #2 seeds between PNG, Ozen and Livingston.
 2. I dropped PAM down in my rankings this week.
 3. I too am excited about being there at the Butch for these two games. Looking forward to doing the color commentating for these two games.
 4.
Who did Silsbee lose to in district? Orangefield and ?
BC
 5. In Coach Neuman's interview after the win Friday night, he was asked specifically if he would sit some starters for next week's game against LCM and his answer was an emphatic "NO". I see him playing his first team guys the first half and no matter the score, possibly sit them the whole second half.
 6. Everything I have posted regarding the passing stats of this game were facts.

Prewitt now 3-11.
Prewitt is making good throws receivers aren't catching.
Please don't disort aaw's unbiased reporting with facts.
Prewitt being 3-11 at that time wasn't a fact? (finished 4-15, 27%, 48 yards, INT) The trio finished 8-30, 27%, 77 yards, 3 INT's The receivers had several drops for all three QB's.
 10. I personally want the Crosby/Vidor playoff game to happen and Mathews win the flip to get the game at Ivan Croak Stadium. ;) ;D
 11.
Actually that's not completely true. GCM must beat Lee OR Crosby must Beat Barbers Hill. For Vidor and Crosby to play first round.
I went with the obvious. ;)
 12.
??
Goose Creek Memorial to beat Baytown Lee. That would eliminate Lee and have Crosby as the DI #1 seed.
Watched every minute of the game on the tube.
Sure you did.
Yep, the wife can vouch for it as she sat in the living room watching it with shame as well.
Jordan Garret hurt? IMO he was a better RB in HS than Cmike...for those that saw him play RB, what ya'll think? Can he play it at Lamar?
Sarge, you need to stop before folks stop taking you seriously. ;)
I know u weren't at those games, bet u didn't know he was a QB either...played RB...WR, but was a better running back...I was at every practice and game...u weren't.. ;)
So, Garrett was a better RB in high school than what C-Mike was. Interesting...... So, why is C-Mike the leading rusher for a top 25 FBS school and Garrett cannot get on the field for a Lamar team?
 15.
Last night, as I came back from half-time, Coach Stud McGallion was being honored.  I stood and remembered him from way back as a child.  He put together a very nice program in Silsbee like Coaches Hooks and Barbay did.  It's not often you have a long tenure at a school and a program is associated with a name.  For years, when I thought of Silsbee, I quickly thought "McGallion".  Coach McGallion was a fixture in Southeast Texas Football for a long time.  There will come a time that Hooks and Barbay will not mean the same to a new generation like it does to us now.  Same for Stud.  There are no doubt, some from last night who this didn't matter to.  It mattered to me because this man caused Silsbee to be a team to be reckoned with for a long time.  Golden Triangle fans, you ought to remember his name because he mattered in this area once upon a time.  He was a solid coach and I've always heard how much he tried to be a role model to his players.  Congrats to a great legacy.  These guys should not be over-looked just because they "faded away".  They are important to our communities.  I appreciated being able to be there last night and here the name Stud McGallion over the loud-speaker.  Congrats Coach.  I won't forget the Big Names I've had the pleasure to have seen their handy-work....
Great post, well said. It was great pleasure watching his sons and daughter accept his Wall of Honor plaque last night. Coach Ray "Stud" McGallion passed away a few years ago and he was a giant in the Silsbee community and school. It was an honor truly deserving. Stud McGallion is Silsbee football!

 17. In our preseason picks on our preseason preview show, I had Woodville making the playoffs in this district. Buna      14 Woodville 28

 19.
I know people do not want to hear it but the HC is out of his league.  He was 8-12 at Class A Burton  in  2005.  Now explain to me how in 5 years he is qualified to be a HC in Division I college football.  It is amazing and most of his coaches have very little experience in collegiate football.  He has a lot of smart arse remarks and very few wins to show for it.  Now blast away but these are the way I feel.  Everyone says we are a 2 year program but most of these kids have been on campus for 3 to 4 years what were they doing?  OK I am done, fire away!!!!
Very solid points.
 20. Just do not understand why this match was even played. BC swept OF in district. Head to head is the ultimate tiebreaker. BC should be #2 seed, OF #3.
