:D I', sure HJ put in their bench players for valuable playing time. I expect them to play just as hard as JY's bench players ;)
Bench minutes exceeded starter minutes and one starter did not play at all.
What starter did not play? Injury?
Old injury that is almost totally healed- not wanting to risk aggravation
Cool.

 11.
Does anyone know how they set the brackets?  For instance, who will LCM play?
20-4A plays 19-4A in the first round (Bi-District). The #1 seed plays the #4 seed, #2 seed plays #3 seed from each district. In LCM's case, they are the #4 seed out of 20-4A and they will play the district champion #1 seed Crosby out of 19-4A.

That's OK, it makes the board fun. But it really is unnecessary to call out specific boys by name or number and say things like "you don't even know when they're on the floor, or "they have JV talent at best".  You said Weisbrod and English are good players, simply leave it at that. If you notice, you are the only one who in almost every post in some way shows your dislike for Nederland. All in fun, I don't think so. Am I oversensitive, not hardly.  Not sure where the deep seeded dislike stems from, but keep in mind this board exists because of the very boys and teams we talk about. When you got back on this board you said you wanted to be a positive contributor.......keep working at it, IMO you're not there yet.
There are some others on this site that need to adhere to your advice.
And some need to look in the mirror also!!! ;)
I agree.

 19. My thoughts are that I don't have a problem with 3 teams advancing. Four is a bit much. But the real problem is when you have some districts with just 4 or 5 teams and 3 or 4 of those get to advance to the playoffs. Even 21-5A where they have just 6 teams, 4 of those advance. To me, any scenario that allows a team to qualify for the playoffs with a losing district record (not so much overall record) is a farce!! There will actually be some teams qualifying for the playoffs with only 2-3 district wins out of the 8-12 games they play in district. That is wrong!! Gone are the days (my era) where only the district champion advanced. :'(
