    I was told Silsbee only crossed the 50 once in the 2nd half. Basically the whole 2nd half was played on the Tigers side of the 50. Went for it on 4th down a few times and failed. Tigers were a little short handed for sure. Need to be ready in two weeks for district opener with Hamshire-Fannett.

    My guy at this game basically said Carthage sleep walked their way to this win. Very vanilla in 2nd half.

    Astros lose 4-3 Now Houston has to win out and have either Cleveland or Detroit lose their final two games. Another loss or a win by both those teams and season is over.

    Defense really shined tonight. Offense took care of the ball and was just balanced enough to keep Lufkin on their heels. Lufkin offense sure didn't help their defense out tonight.
