Since Vidor is in Orange County, they have been ordered to evacuate. I am betting this game gets canceled.

Vidor's stadium very well may have that much of a capacity. Don't see how this game can be played when Vidor's county (and neighboring county) has ordered a mandatory evacuation starting tomorrow.

I am not arguing which stadium is bigger. I am saying that Tiger Stadium has a capacity of 9500.

Still not sure how Vidor, which resides in Orange County, can play a football game this weekend when that county has ordered a mandatory evacuation starting tomorrow. Also, Jefferson County has done the same.

According to the Beaumont Enterprise, East Chambers/West Rusk has been canceled. But, they also had Vidor/Silsbee as a cancellation based on Vidor ISD closing the schools this week.

I see where La Vega will now be playing Port Lavaca Calhoun in Bastrop Friday night.

How is it premature? First storm to come in Tuesday, second more stronger storm coming in Wed. night/Thursday morning. When are these teams suppose to practice for Friday night game?
