Looks like they aren’t going to let the kids play the game.

BH is the underdog IMO with QB1 out. I still think that we are balanced more than most teams in the district with maybe Nederland being the exception . Meaning that with a QB being lost we will not be as effected as PNG and Crosby was/ is when theirs went out. BH will definitely play up to thier competition Friday and leave it all on the field. Defense is going to decide this game and both teams D is coming together here towards the end of District. Some PNG fans are already looking past The Hill and talking about thier share of the DC with a win over Ned , we can only hope that is spilling down to the players:)
It isn’t. They are taking it one game at a time.

U R DELUSIONAL...
Have you read his posts? He is consistently delusional. Obviously I am an Indian fan and I have to shake my head while reading the nonsense he comes up with.

not sure how the stats remain if the official score will be 1-0 crosby
We still played the game...the stats are the stats. Good grief the kids are taking the loss is that not enough for some people?

This is all good and well, just keep in mind that this is about the adults involved in the game. This is not about the kids that play the game.
Thank you! I’m out of likes but this post says it all. Honestly I think it’s time to move on. Our coach made a bad decision and our kids will have to pay the price....end of story. At the end of the day those boys play hard and have fought hard all season. If this was any other school this thread would have been locked hours ago.

Well he obviously wasn’t trying to hide anything! Goodness that illegal screen is huge!

Six now.
Earned was the key word, not the given W from our coaches. And forgive me I meant in district games.

You guys can't take a joke or a little ribbing. Don't cheat and nobody will give you crap.
By all means carry on with your jokes we can handle it. Our boys beat Crosby...period. Our coach made a poor decision and it will cost us. Take the given W and enjoy, our boys would rather the earned ones. We have 5 of them how many does your team have?

Can’t believe the coach on his word now. He has been labeled by the internet as a cheater. This is better than anything in the political forum.
Honestly if I were from Crosby I would be careful with what I say about other school districts. Pretty sure you have your own reputation to worry about.
-
The sad part is those kids on that field did not cheat and they are the ones paying the price. So while everyone makes jokes those boys are not laughing.

I'll take it because it was a real close game. In all actuality Crosby should have won that game regardless. Shame on PNG staff robbing the kids of a hard fought game.
How do you figure Crosby should have won? If I remember correctly it was a good close game and we had the ball last and scored. Shame on our coaches for doing this to our boys. Those kids played hard and WON that game!

Those boys aren’t looking ahead to the next week I can promise you that. They know that every game counts and with our close calls they aren’t counting anyone out.
-
We have kids in the bench that could make a difference. Wuenschel got hurt and everyone thought it was the end of the world but as we can see it wasn’t. Any of you remember #40 making the tackle on the Crosby kick off return that looked like they were going to run all the way back? That kid is a great RB and can play defense but instead he’s a spectator on the sidelines. Our defense is killing us and there have been no changes, it’s insane. As for WR, even the news made the comment that RJ had plenty of options last night. The problem is we usually don’t utilize everyone.

It sounds like we will be missing several key defensive players this week which could make this a long game for us. As for the WR and RB, we lost two starters but I think we have some on the bench that could step up and surprise everyone. The JV starter at RB from last year was a beast and hasn’t even seen the field this year.

Seriously can we please get back to talking about football?

They are bad. Can’t get a fairly officiated game, especially in mid county
There were penalties called and missed both ways. Accept the fact that it was a hard fought well played game by two teams. It came down to who had the ball last and that happened to be the Indians. Good game Pirates and good luck going forward.
