Actually I don't. I just thought the middle school title of this post was a bit much coming from the team that was the "lol" team for everyone else for the last couple of years. Good luck for the rest of the season, I'm sure you won't need it though.

Don't let this bother you, some people just can't help themselves. Some of the things I read on here drive me insane. I often want to ask if these guys realize they are making fun of a bunch of 15-18 year old boys who walk out on that field and play their hearts out on Friday night.

Took 20 years on MB....The real problem for those that don't like BF, is that he's not local. IMO having a local coach or alumni comes with its own set of problems. One being the good ole buddy system, with good players sitting on the bench and friends kids as starters.
This happens every week at all grade levels. Unfortunately politics play a big role in our school district as in many others. The worst part is what it does to the kids self esteem.

Hopefully it wasn't adults that put for sale signs in his yard. I am by no means a fan but that is a little extreme.

They walked on it when they went to celebrate with the team. Smh. Nederland has more class than that and respects our rival.
I think they were talking about the yellow powder that was thrown on the field from the student section. I don't think it was done to cause any damage. It may not have even been done on purpose.

Question does BF coach another year at PNG?
I think a lot of people are asking that question! Hopefully it's a lot of purple people...ones with the ability to do something about it!

Didn't I hear that BISD is charging for parking at their games? If they are I doubt you would get that stadium cheap, especially since they would be using the lights for night games!

I don't understand the need to attack the character of our student section. They made a poor choice and were told to correct it, which they did. Both student sections were rowdy tonight. I keep seeing Nederland posters telling the Indians to "keep it classy", I think you should live by your own words. Win with class and move on. Two teams took the field tonight and played a great game till the last second with their student sections cheering them on the whole time. Kids will make mistakes and it is our jobs as adults to make sure they know what they did wrong, not to get online and talk about them.

I watched the fans that left early last Friday, we were winning by the way, and it was people with young children and some of our older fans. I've been at plenty of games and watched fans leave early, Nederland included. People don't want to fight the traffic.
As far as the students, they all talk trash, both sides. If you go through and read the posts from the grown ups I am sure you can see where they have learned it from.
With that being said, good luck to both teams. I am hoping to watch a hard fought injury free game!we will see how quickly Indjun fans leave Friday.... kinda been a pattern for y'all for the past 4 years soon to be 5.

These posts are getting ridiculous! Every fan base has people that leave early win or lose! I can tell you that the Nederland side as well as the PNG side had empty seats all night from kick off until the last second of the game....it happens.

Well they are good enough to be undefeated so far, that should tell you that you are somewhat wrong. I really hope that they win Saturday but if they don't they are still much better than you give them credit for. I have heard enough to know that Lum B is very good and that those boys need to be ready to play....good luck to both teams!

I agree! Please know that IF Seadog is truly an Indian fan he does not speak for all of us. Of course I am hoping for an Indian victory tonight but making fun of high school kids is not going to help anything!!! Good luck tonight, I for one am looking forward to watching a great game.
