Well, neither do records and I will educate you on an old saying... "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" Kirbyville knows what they are doing and whatever game film you saw isn't any indication as to how good this team is.
Listen, i never said anything about the quality of team kville is, there's no dispute they're a good team, i just pointed out one aspect of the game of one player, yall blew it out of proportion. Jeez, It's like if someone doesn't praise the almighty kville on this site it's blaphemy.....blasphemy i mean :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

 3. looks like i hit a nerve, so sorry about that i really am, but what's the point of the site if i can't talk a little smack. I have a lot of pride in my team, what can i say. Thirdly, i didn't even state what the outcome would be between the two, i just said kville needs to watch out, seems like you haven't taken your midol lately, so i guess i need to be more understanding next time. Also we weren't full stride when we played yall, the fastest player on our team(gilbert), was hurt.
 4. So I'm guessing you have seen the film then? If you have, you wouldn't say that, and don't tell me you watch the the blockers and not the running back when your in the stands.
 5. does anybody have some background info on Columbus? Who've they played, key players, type of offense, any general information that you know helps.
 6.
Crockett's only loss this year was to coldspring by 1 point. I also belive that crockett scored more points aginst coldspring than anyone other team did including kirbyville. Crockett takes this one by 14+.
yes, crockett is very good offensively with big o-lineman and a very fast qb, they scored 40+ on us. I think crockett win's this one. They also have good size on the d-line.
 7.
I think one of the Wildcats greatest advantages is Ford but not just because of his rushing. Every week you can read the press from the hometown of who we are playing. They think he is the whole team. They do have to focus on him or he will make them pay but he is a team player and an unusually unselfish player for an athlete of his caliber. He has that rare vision of the feild. But while the D is worried about him Burman physically TAKES his yards and Haywood is accross the line before they notice he has the ball. If you watch Ford during the game he is just as happy when any of them do well. Thats a lot of weapons but thats not even close to all that La Vega has to worry about because it looks like the two biggest game changers every week are Breed and Cucancic. No game plan can shut those two down because they are everywhere at once. Mike Tyson said once "Everybody has a plan.....Until they get hit" and if that hit come from either  Breed or Will Tyler you can bet that plan just changed!  You can have your D-backs shadow Ford all night but as a whole this team is tough.
He may be happy when other players get the ball and do well, but he sure doesn't block for them worth a crap. I know, I've seen the film.
 8. I know, I'm just trying to rile up any wos fans, reminding them of last year.( I know, last year is last year)

I think so. Brookshire royal-33      wos-30
Mmmmmm....I don't so, Tim.
well in that case, this year's coldspring squad will play the same role as last year's coldspring squad, that is of course, if you can get to the fourth round. he he he

 11.
Kirbyville is deffiantly a better team than CS, Bridge City was playing their best football at the beggining of the year but it seems that they consistently got worse and worse ad the season moved on. Good luck Kirbyville!
Well it seems coldspring has had the opposite of that this season. The beginning, loss to kirbyville by 14 then only beating madisonville 28-0 and crockett by 1 point, then the end, blowing everybody out in district except huffman, then beating your team handidly by 30 points.
 12. Good job trojans, way to finish strong. We made the offensive adjustments we needed to and there was an obvious difference in the second half scoring thirty points, but that's what the great teams do, they are able to adjust and change their gameplan up. Defense held us in this one the entire first half, with andries the DL returning that interception for a TD, changing the momentum and leaving us with a halftime lead. Then they played lights out the second half giving up no points. Looks like cold city and kirbyville are headin' on a collision course and all I say is WATCH OUT KIRBYVILLE, THE FREIGHT TRAIN IS COMIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HA HA HAH HA HA HA
 13. With the amount of colleges that are out there and so many ways to get noticed by college scouts, you really can't put much blame on coaches for that happening, but having a coach that is proactive in getting his players seen sure doesn't hurt either. I also believe that getting his players into colleges should be one of his main concerns, not just by putting their names out, but by helping to improve their physical abilities as players. It does take hard work by the player himself though for his full potential to be realized.
 14. heck no they aren't underated, just look how well they against the quality teams in the district, that will answer your question right there.
 15. Hush, you deserve this week's C'MON MAN. If u are a coldspring fan, stand up for them. Every huffman fan on here is complaining about the refs, saying that in a "Fair" game they could've won, so please don't side with them. Also I was on the sideline, so you could say I had a pretty good vantage point to see what was going on.
 16. stop whining mj, HUFFMAN LOST IN A FAIR GAME, equal amount of penalties were given to both teams. If anything the refs "turned their heads" from the shoving and jabs huffman players were giving to coldspring players AFTER the whistle had blown, but they sure did see coldspring players retaliating after the fact. So just stop being such a butch.
 17. I'm so sorry I might have offended any huffman fans with my post earlier(not really). I was borrowing trojanfan's account, after that post he kicked me off of it, so don't get mad at him. But sorry to say, coldspring offensively has no excuse to not run over anybody. I will say huffman's D stepped up, but I know coldspring's O-line is way better than what they showed. It did seem like huffman was blitzing 6-7 guys at a time, paying no attention to our passing game, just like kirbyville did, yet we were still able to run the ball WELL ENOUGH  to win the game. As far as the refs and penalties go, bad calls went both ways. Huffman had a 70 yard pass play when clearly the left side of the o-line moved before the ball was snapped, and on the onside kick to begin the game, when we came up with the ball, it wasn't the refs fault that we've spent more time in the weight room. Last but not least, you can't blame the refs for those three interceptions now can you?  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
