I hope they give re-funds where they got rooms...lol...Lot of football left to be played,Lot's of things can happen...Nobody is a guarantee... ;D ;D ;D
Are you speaking from experience?  :D :D :D :D
 2.
FYI, for those who havn't seen it yet, in the Travis Stewart Playoff Predictions and the Greg Tepper Playoff Predictions on Dave Campbell's Texas Football website Coldsring is predicted to win state in 3A-DII... [Hidden Content]
I kinda wish that we weren't predicted to win, now we're going to get everybody's best game and everybody will be gunning for us.  I do believe though  that we can stay grounded and remember that underdog mentality that got us to state last year, let's stay hungry boys!!!!!!  By the way, I wonder how dctf's predictions have gone in 3-a that last couple of years?, just curious

They were ranked #1 or 2 in state. 1ST playoff game LOST. Go figure. Maybe they looked past their 1st apponent. Somthing to think about.
Come on this is a different ball game!!! Trojans all the way and BIG!!!
Yea, in basketball, there's the great equalizer called the "THREE POINTER"
 4. I love how yall didn't even attack the second part, lol, we must agree then.
 5. WOS ain't even gettin love from an alumni, per a certain texas tech football player. They probably win this one, but ain't going much further than the first round, seems to be the start of a tradition for them, lmao  :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
 6.
Plz, Plz, Plz lets all prove to 21-3a that we are the better district. I want blowouts too so there isn't any speculation or doubt we are better the better district. Example - "If this or that would've happened or if the ball bounced a different way, we would've won". I want none of that from their posters next week.
I've had to spell out what I mean so many times on this forum, I have to give examples to further explain, so there you have it.

Plus I believe we have to many team leaders on defense and offense to let the other players not take BC seriously, they remember what happened last year. Coldspring needs a good week of practice before this game, and if they do, i predict a blowout.
Boy you guys were proud to beat Kirbyville last season for the first time ever :) Hopefully it's the start of a tradition  ;D ;D ;D
12. My official scored prediction is 37-20. I know barbay will go for a few two pointers after touchdowns (explaining the weird score of 37) and i'm hoping the coldspring d can hold huffman to field goals once they get in the red zone. I'm thinking they may get successful in getting first downs, but pass heavy offenses tend to struggle  in the red zone imo, since there's less field to work with.
 13.
chs11 "If Huffman’s offense keeps Coldspring’s offensive off the field than the score will be in the low 30’s for the Trojans." Only coldspring can keep it's offense off the field or huffman's D, whichever way you look at it. Think about it for a second...But....I was just wondering how the Coldspring offense can be on the field with the Huffman offense at the same time? Like I said "If the Huffman offense can keep the Coldspring offense off the field" (By controling the ball with a passing game) I do appreciate and thank you for trying to give me a helping hand with my post though. Never the less I expect  a good game, maybe!!!
I may have worded it wrong, but what I was trying to say was that I don't know that if a passing game runs the clock to well. Example -  recievers run out of out bounds, incomplete passes, and if it's second and long and third and long they'll be passing the ball all night to get first downs. You can ask beaumont kelly how much a passing attack can stop the clock after they play st.thomas. You can expect a game with st.thomas to feel like it last three hours. "I was just wondering how the Coldspring offense can be on the field with the Huffman offense at the same time?" what i meant to say was( like I said in a earlier post) that penalties might keep us from having sustained drives, or that we might just under perform , as in we're our own worst enemy, hence "keeping ourselves off the field".
 14. "If Huffman’s offense keeps Coldspring’s offensive off the field than the score will be in the low 30’s for the Trojans." Only coldspring can keep it's offense off the field or huffman's D, whichever way you look at it. If huffman does in fact move ball well they will have quick td drives or quick three and outs, imo. Coldspring's D needs to make 3 and long situations so we can get after the QB which I know morrison will try to send some pressure.
Amen, if you can't handle being beat, take it out on the player across from you during the next play, it looks to me life your admitting defeat when you start taking cheapshots.
 16. Is anybody going to actually talk football on this thread?
 17.
We did complain our boys came out Flat and we stunk up te field 1st half but I cant remember us crying when we lost a game by 20 something that it was because of cheap shots and still whining 3 weeks later ...Just saying
Actually I remember some complaining about cheap shots after last year's game between us, but haven't seen them since, plus I think we've been more friendlier towards each other this year.
 18. If huffman is not too deep, then long sustainable drives by the trojans should help their cause. I actually hope the defense gives up a little yardage so we wear them out that much more when we get the ball back, lol. If we don't stop with all the penalties though, this could become a problem with our offense. It's no 3 yards and a cloud of dust, but 3rd and 6-7 and more will be pretty hard to convert if their defense is as good as they say it is, imo.
 19. Coach Morrison will have the D ready, just like last year when we held them to only two td's.
