I'm not sure what to think about this potential matchup. If memory serves me correctly, and this is straight from memory, the only time West Brook and Lamar have played, was in the third round of the 1990 playoffs, in the Astrodome, in which Lamar's stingy defense shut out the Brook, 10-0. Anyway, I like the potential of the "hurry up" offense WB is running. If the Bruins can limit the mistakes, and turnovers, then I think the Brook can play with the Redskins. Defense was ok, in spurts last night, but still has alot to do to be effective for 4 quarters. But, its a totally new defensive scheme they're playing. Granted, WB has a very young team, and has alot to improve on, but I like the philosophy Flanagan is trying to implement. I think WB will only get better. Your thoughts?

It depends on the spread. WB lost to Ozen by 4, and beat Central by 7. If Central beats Ozen by 5, then WB wins the trophy back. If Ozen wins, they get it.

WB was driving and fumbled the reverse. Central picked it up and went to the house. Jags missed the extra point. WB leads 23-13. I think that makes 7 or 8 turnovers for the game.

Maybe so. Ozen's game tomorrow will tell us a lot.

I would be saying the same thing, Buddy. Cause if this team hung with yall, like that, PAM wont make the playoffs either. Y'all might have your hands full with Ozen, tomorrow.

Central just had 5 false start penalties in a row! It is now 4th and 14. 21 seconds in the half. West Brook 20 Central 7.

WB driving. TD Bruins! 20-7. I hate to say it, WB looks pretty bad, but Central looks worse. Too many miscues and penalties. Oh, and turnovers, too. 6 so far, in the first half. 5:07 in the 2nd.

Mitchell sacked, and fumbles. WB takes over. And Clack gets sacked. Tnis is just a terrible, terrible display of football. Neither team looks like they will win a single game.

Clack throws an INT. Central gets the ball right back, at the 19. Geez!

Correction, WB missed the extra point. 13-7. Brooks defense is very suspect in the secondary. Jags driving. Jags score. Another penalty, no TD. Jags 2nd and goal from the 18. Dropped pass. 3rd and 18. Pass from Mitchell dropped. 4th and 18. Jags going for it........pass dropped. WB takes over on downs. Whew!

Central 0 West Brook 0. 2:49 in the first. 4 TO's so far. Neither offense can get anything going. On the positive side, West Brook's defense looks a little better.
