Lamar fumbles again, WB recovers at the 30. Wonder if we can do anything with it, this time. Nope. Clack sacked on 1st and10 for a loss of 5.

WB isn't seizing opportunities. Lamar is definitely the more talented team, but is making huge mistakes. The problem is, the Bruins cant capitalize on the mistakes. Its very discouraging to watch.

Offensively, WB has looked like nothing but trash, in the first half, thus far. With the exception of the long pass, for the TD, the Bruins cant get anything going. If Lamar doesn't make some of the mistakes they've made, this game could be out of hand. SMH.

Bonehead playcalling has WB still trying to run the ball up the middle......it ain't working, Coach! Try something else!

INT Bruins.....return to the 40.

Once again, the refs are garbage. Redskins driving.

WB secondary is totally suspect, and keeps getting burned. Redskin QB Colbert is good!

72 yard pass. Bruins 1st and goal at the 5. TD Bruins!!!....on a 4th and 1! Flanagan went for it, and got it! Bruins lead 7-6!

This team is huge!

Houston Reagan isn't usually a playoff contender, and Clements hasn't been competitive since Derek Carr was QB in......2007? As I said, Westside doesn't bring much that PAM's athleticism and speed wont beat. PAM by 3 scores.

If, and when, WB gets that offense going, its going to give defenses fits. I saw glimpses of it against Central, and the poor Jaguar defense couldn't keep up. Give WB a couple more weeks to get things ironed out, and the Brook could be a handful come district. ;)

We kinda knew that, coming into this season. New coach, new system, young team......but, with that in mind, I still dont think Lamar is gonna blow out the Bruins. Realistically, they will probably win, but I expect WB to compete.

My gut feeling says the Titans by 3 scores. Westside isn't usually a playoff contender out of their district.

Good luck to the Pirates. Clear Brook plays in a 5A district with Clear Lake, Dickinson, ect.....they are no push over team! They usually claim one of the playoff spots out of that district. Given the fact that they barely lost to LaPorte.....who is awfully good. They will be ready for that Wing T offense! Again, I wish Vidor the best of luck, but my gut says Clear Brook in this one, especially since its a home game for them. This will be a huge measuring stick for Vidor, and will go a long way in helping them prapare for a tough district. Good luck!

I haven't seen any film, on Lamar, but I agree, if WB can limit the turnovers, and keep drives sustained, then I think the Bruins can play with them. When the kids get used to that hurry up offense, it will cause some problems for opposing defenses. But WB has to eliminate the mental mistakes and turnovers.
