Rest is rest. If a team hoops at 1:30 rest for 45 min and plays another full game at 4 they will be tired. I doesn't matter if your 17-18 or 23-25. If Silsbee played Hightower on the amount of down time that Hightower had Silsbee wins that game by 10. I was there and the Baytown game was close for about 3 qtrs.

TXhoops even the NFL complains about rest on those Sunday to Thursday night games. Players need rest
