I would compare this defense to the 2011 team that went 5 rds. that defense had 4 LB's(one is playing in the NFL today in Elanden Roberts) that made you pay, a defensive lineman that was disruptive and "the honey badger" in the secondary. if this defense had a secondary like 2011, they would be up there. I will say the kids can play only whose on the schedule, but THAT 2011 team had a tougher post season schedule and they played in 6a. the district had 2 really strong teams in LaPorte and North Shore and LaPorte was the only district L and was PAM's bugaboo. I'll take the W's this year, but PAM has been blessed to have a senior heavy team with the majority playing varsity 3-4 years. It also helps that Lufkin, Ball and BH lost alot to graduation. I think take this same team and run it back against those teams from last year, i see a 1st place tie or second in district.

First off, where's the best food in Lufkin?? lol. Looking at the district games only and i mean this very respectfully, the Panthers offense struggled against BH, WB, and even sterling was able to move the ball and put up some points beating them by 10. Now, with the history of Lufkin, do you see this as a rebuilding year? I ask cause the Lufkin Panthers i have seen and heard about, would not let Sterling score 21,or go into OT with WB. I thought the BH was going to be where Lufkin came out swinging. My understanding is yall have some injuries and i like to think that was a factor. Now, thats not saying PAM can't have a bad game these last two. My worry is I don't want to see them playing from behind, in yall stadium. I'm not sure if they can recover because it seems like Lufkin also turns it up second half. I'm very cautious to think PAM is coming in to smash. This game gives me NS vibes back when we would play them. I think that stadium is gonna be loud with a playoff game atmosphere. Kids get up and play REALLY hard for games like this especially being home. 38-21 PAM is my prediction with a win. 35-28 Lufkin if we take the L

with baytown remaining schedule, i don't see them winning out. I don't see PAM laying down especially if they are undefeated. At best they might have 3 wins. BH has a more favorable schedule with the last game against brook. i can't call that one. Brook should win, but if BH back is against the wall, you never know.

NOPE!!! for some reason, the show bands got 3's...corp. style got 1's for the most part.

I plan on making the drive at the moment. Been to Lufkin once and it was work related. I heard about the stadium and looking forward to the "atmosphere", not a slug at yall, but PNG lol. That weather kinda plays in our favor, but a wet ball, we haven't experienced. Every Friday has been blue skys, except this past friday.

PAM, Lufkin, WB, BH. BH gotta win out, but I don't see the beating WB.

PAM is the only 9-5A team that has clinched a spot winning 4 straight district games. Everyone else has lost ateast 1 game. Lufkin is the lone team with one L, hoping that changes next week to 2 L’s. PAM vs Lufkin is for the championship for PAM. A Lufkin win puts us in a tie, with PAM owning the tie breaker assuming they win out. They get the tie breaker because they beat barbers hill and Lufkin lost to them and we hold the point spread. I think I’m right.

I would swap Baytown Sterling for west Brook. Westbrook has the more favorable schedule and they beat sterling already. Sterling lost 2 and haven’t played PAM yet

From what I understand, it was talk of BH moving up as well. I'm thinking of 5A D1 teams in proximity to PA, BU, and WB since we are out here alone.

i know this wasn't directed to me, but i see maybe lufkin leaving and adding maybe laporte or angleton therefore keeping the district intact.
