Houston Chronicle article on 19-4A

This article was one of the most accurate that I have read so far. As for the prediction on how 19-4A finished...pretty realistic. ;) -

Especially Dayton, Barbers Hill, and GCM. You don't really hear that significant of an amount of stuff from the rest of 19-4A -

A prayer to start the season. Eveyone stay safe.

AMEN! It sure is a shame that at all games we can't pray like this due to fear of protest or single out people. We need more people this world like you TITAN POWER. -
Awesome video! Highly recommend to anyone who loves football at any level. Careful though, it might bring a tear to the eye.
I'm one of the emotional types, so it almost brought tears to my eyes and I don't even play football, I just watch it. Those coaches are extremely passionate about what they do. If they weren't they wouldn't even be there. On a happier note, I am glad to see a Texas team on the video (Celina). Btw, was the team with the blue "G" on the side of it's helmet Georgetown?

I know right. I think it is funny, but I thought that I would have my say as well on whether it was Photoshopped or not. -
I am trying as hard as I can to get the Dayton schedule. I will PM you, WOSgrad, as soon as I get it.

That image is Photoshopped. The angle of the "I" doesn't fit in with the corresponding background slant and you can see the black line around the box (Yes, the I is actually a small box). Also the color of the I is white and doesn't match the other letters. -
Goal posts are up.

How will your Junior High team do this year ?
rschuldt replied to a topic in SETXsports Archived Threads

I think the Woodrow Wilson Junior High Ponies in Dayton will do pretty good this year. My brother will play on the 8th grade B team and last year I think he said that they had only two or three losses plus they play good as a team, since they are all good friends.
I don't think they lost any last year. Daytons 8th grade will be pretty strong, I am a little worried about that 7th grade bunch.
The 7th grade B team last year did lose at least 2 games that I know of-Barbers Hills and McCullough. This year I heard that the 7th grade teams have some big boys on them. As for the 8th grade A team it has size and the B team has good teamwork (I can't remember if my brother said size or speed). I guess we will just have to wait to see how things play out. -
The one thing they have on the Hill is a vast supply of "hot air".
Got that right. They probably have enough to power one balloon for each coach and player with some air left over. -
It is actually pretty fun. And I love their fried alligator.
