Stat that sticks out to me is 25 for 34 rushing for Central. Can't win many games if you can't run the football. And how can you not run the football with all those athletes they have over there?

Lumberton is not competitive in any sports boys or girls right now. Except their soccer district that is made up of mostly weak 3A schools

HJ can beat anybody in 21-3A except for WO-S and Silsbee. Martel has saved his job, if it were ever in doubt

Bellaire will win. PAM has struglged this year despite being undefeated. They lost too many guys from last year plus McFarland's coaching/game-planning.

Beaumont schools will not be competitive in football or any other sport unless they combine schools. They need to have enrollment numbers similar to schools in the metroplex and suburban houston in order to compete. Look at North Shore, 4800 enrollment. Three separate schools cannot be competitive in a district like Beaumont ISD where population is moving out

As of now I'd say Kountze is better than Anahuac, Hardin and Warren in their district, even with Woodville and not far behind Kirbyville. Still aways to go to catch up to the level of E Chambers and Newton.
