AAW what is divisional districts? Is that like what they do with the 2As and 1As? -
Michael Shaw, remember that name, hasn't caught a varsity pass in a real game... but kid has jets and hands, he will raise some eyebrows this year. He's a legit sub 4.5 40 guy.
Why didn't they use him last year?

Nederland AD hires new basketball assistant coach
bobbymcgee replied to 5 on 5's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Why does Nederland have just two assistant coaches anyway? Ozen has six assistants. That is the problem. I doubt Neumann has anything to do with that. -

Coach Walker is certified to teach science so that probably had something to do with it too. It is very hard to find science teachers. -
Nederland AD hires new basketball assistant coach

If it is about the kids then here is a question for you. How many D1 kids did Nederland football produce last year? How many did Nederland basketball produce? 2 in football, 0 in basketball. Nuff said. -
Former EC coach getting flack over helmet decal?
bobbymcgee replied to WOSgrad's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Coach Valastro is a great coach but I am questioning whether this is the right fit at Galveston Ball. He has never coached at a school with the demographics like Galveston Ball. La Grange and EC are much different communities and different type of kids. He will have to adjust his ways or he will get run out of town before he can establish a winning program. -
Nederland AD hires new basketball assistant coach

Coach E knew Neumann was a football-first AD when he came home to Nederland. If he doesn't like it he can leave and go somewhere else. Chances are there will be a similar situation at any other district. The Dog Dome would be much better served as an indoor football practice facility anyway :) -
CPA is different. But I'd argue that someone with a bachelor's degree and good business sense/leadership skills could do a better job as a superintendent than many of them out there. There are plenty of good coaches in the state of Texas who would do a great job working with hs kids even though they are not certified teachers.

Lamar Softball/ Holly Bruder of Moorhead St. to be named

Don't get this at all. She has no ties to the area and the local recruiting connections. They needed to hire a coach familiar with the Texas softball scene. -
