WOS has a good chance to play in your neck of the woods next week. Will probably get Wharton. Half way would be Baytown. Well close to halfway. Now if they get Giddings then maybe Katy area? Hope its not a flip. They could make us play in Austin. lol
 
That sounds like a winner. I hope that we won't play in Stallworth stadium though. Those seats are a butt crusher ;) , worse than Dan Hooks Stadium. Ha  :D

Working 14's making that $$$

I graduated in 96. We played some good beaumont teams with players like Leland McElroy, James Brown, and north shore had Andre Hardeman. Talk about some rough years. We were definitely a 4a team in 5a then.

CV probably still getting a knock on them for barely beating an 0-6 5A Vidor team, but what most dont recognize is that the 6A schools and many 5A schools dont see the missdirection run heavy offenses very often so when they do it can be difficult the first time.

Face it nederland is just the better team.

Hoping for a Vidor/ Crosby rematch to see what excuse they make this time for Vidor whipping them all over the field😞

Oh they took them seriously just couldn't stop them if they wanted to. They ran them over and out of the stadium.

NED:
Terrible locker rooms, old equipment, Bubbled, grass field (which I kinda like), Old stadium, No “cool” alternate uniforms, No D1 players (this year), Nothing gonna impress you about this group or where they play,
BUT:
NED will give it their all, don’t care where they play, just want to play football, play as a "team" and more than anything, want to win and keep “it” going,…..and I believe they will tonight.

This team is young and full of talent. Although the win wasn't pretty this is something to build on. Next year these boys could be like the team that went 3 rounds deep. they are just getting used to playing on Friday night.
