Been a part of this kids sports life a long time, he is just as important to football as he is to basketball. I wonder if he talked to some past basketball players that where good in football also and see how they liked it? Can't be scared of injuries, they can happen anytime. He can dream big in both sports.

Silsbee Tigers class of 1985.

Silsbee beat Kirbyville 8-2.

Silsbee does have a great group of talented players coming up as 9th graders next year. Could be the next best group that leaves a big mark in Silsbee. How big, we'll see in a couple of years.

You got to remember seven of the eight runs where scored after where two out (I think). Silsbee made several mistakes that lead to seven of LaGrange eight runs. LaGrange did what good teams do and made Silsbee pay for those mistakes. And that is baseball..........

A very tough loss to take. LG took full advantage of our miscues. Congrats on a great season and making history. I am very proud of y'all. State semi-finalist. Have a Safe trip home. Go Tigers!!!
