2. In 27 years of weightlifting, I thought I've seen it all but nothing like this.......... And he collapsed in his own puke...
 3.
Does Lake Travis run whats considered "sissy-ball? Did Dodge run "sissy-ball" at SLC when they were busy winning multiple state championships in a row? I want to understand whats considered "sissy-ball."
Yes, and Yes.  Wins games, wins championships, but is heavy on personel vs. scheme......
 4. Met a guy from Huffman Texas, class of '88.  He was asking me all kinds of questions about where I lived and where I worked etc, come to find out he's from the area......

Couldn't run or throw last year and lucked up agains NS in a mud game.... Going 100% sissy ball which will produce a gang of 3 and outs putting more stress on the defense..... Playing for 4th place as we speak.....
If this is all true then NS is still worst than we are. WB droped 30something points on them we held wb to 14 or 17. Then NS went out in the first round of the playoffs the  same way we did, with an L.
Goat, we've been going through this in PA since Lincoln was open.  Good freshman and sophmore teams, underachieve on varsity.  Plus now you have a pissed off NS @Galena Park with no mud or monsoons to help.....

 7.
This is for SFA 85. Not sure what year but i went as i was in middle school to an SFA playoff game in either the quarterfinals or semis and watched yall play Cuero and their sphmore phenom Robert Strait. It was a good game till the end of the third quarter when i saw strait enter between the tackles and meet Kevin henry who was by no mean no slouch. About 250 260 and 6 ft 2 if i remember right. Strait hit him and in the same motion just kept on running. It was all down hill after that. But that was still a good season. Just an awesome run.
This is a sad game for SFA 87.  I was 2 years removed from the situation.....
So will WB.  They have 20 or so returning starters too....
Texas Bob says 8,500, but I think no less than 10,000
Staduim looks nice. BISD will not be able to get every playoff game in that area. Have not been there in a few years (last time I was there, J. Charles had like 600 yds and 6 TD's in the first quarter againt RSS), what's the parking situation?
Same parking lot as always....

 20. I don't see Limeweaver(sp) and those Trojans backing down from any sissy-ball team.

 22.
Carroll Thomas Stadium what a joke, someone tell me what he has done for bisd football, ok so he raised taxes and lined his pockets with  money from the contractors and got us a new stadium built. what a joke--- sfa-85 I have been here since 1959 and I will tell you this west end wanda knows for a fact the stadium should have been named after Willie Ray Smith Sr.----- 251 wins @ Charlton-Pollard and 2 state champions, and if not him, then what about Alex Durley ----76-7-2 @ Hebert High School and a state championship- 1st year at Westbrook a 5-A state title in 1982, and sadly passed away in 1984. Tell me sfa-85 how many football games has carroll thomas won for bisd.
None.  Zarharius, Ozen, WRS, and Durley have their names on buildings/awards.  Now how many buildings have these greats built?  Zero.  If it wouldn't be for CBT bringing bond issues up, we would have the same raggedy buildings, and portables @all campuses........

Did it have anything to do with combining all the high schools to one?  All you folks that want to see Beaumont do well should take a drive to Port Arthur.  Drive down gulfway drive and check it out.  See if it is starting to look similar to Beaumont.  If it is (and it is), something needs to change. Seems Port Neches works their kids a lot harder and prepares them for life a little better than West Brook.
