  1. [Hidden Content] democrats, the party of free speech suppression...from the article: Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on Thursday shared what he called "smoking-gun documents" proving Facebook censored Americans on behalf of the Biden administration in a lengthy social media thread. Jordan wrote the all-caps message, "THE FACEBOOK FILES, PART 1: SMOKING-GUN DOCS PROVE FACEBOOK CENSORED AMERICANS BECAUSE OF BIDEN WHITE HOUSE PRESSURE," before diving into the lengthy thread reminiscent of the so-called "Twitter Files" used earlier this year to disclose once-internal documents given to journalists once Elon Musk bought the social media platform. "Never-before-released internal documents subpoenaed by the Judiciary Committee PROVE that Facebook and Instagram censored posts and changed their content moderation policies because of unconstitutional pressure from the Biden White House," Jordan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. "During the first half of 2021, social media companies like Facebook faced tremendous pressure from the Biden White House—both publicly and privately—to crack down on alleged ‘misinformation,’" he continued. "In April 2021, a Facebook employee circulated an email for Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and COO Sheryl Sandberg, writing: ‘We are facing continued pressure from external stakeholders, including the [Biden] White House’ to remove posts." No telling how many lives were lost unnecessarily because of bad information that was touted during covid and great life saving information that was suppressed.
  2. [Hidden Content] Pay attention folks, this is the democratic party...from the article: Senate Democrats shot down several amendments to the $886 billion military defense package brought forth by Republican lawmakers Wednesday amid a fervent battle for consensus before the impending August recess. During Wednesday night's session, three proposed amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) brought forth by GOP leaders were unable to gather the necessary 60 votes to be included in the bill. Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz's amendment that would have reinstated military service members who were discharged for opting out of the COVID-19 vaccine failed 46 to 53. Notably, the amendment did not receive any votes from Democratic senators.
  3. [Hidden Content] 🤣🤣🤣 From the article: Progressive Congressman Greg Casar, a new member of the "The Squad," faced mockery on social media after pledging to go on a "thirst strike" in solidarity with federal workers that ended up lasting only eight hours. "Just took my last drink of water before my thirst strike with the one and only, Dolores Huerta. #WorkersCanWait," Casar, D-Texas, whose district represents parts of Austin and San Antonio, Texas, posted on Tuesday morning. He pledged to abstain from liquids as he called for a federal heat rule to protect workers as they faced high temperatures across the country. "Today I’m on a thirst strike on the steps of the U.S. Capitol – not drinking water or taking breaks, through rain or shine, in solidarity with our nation’s workers," Casar wrote in another post. "Currently there are NO federal protections for workers exposed to heat." Casar's thirst strike ended eight hours later, prompting criticism from conservatives on Twitter. Congressman Greg Casar went on an eight-hour thirst strike on Tuesday. (Rep. Greg Casar) "Congrats on… existing between early lunch and late dinner," CNN commentator Scott Jennings tweeted. "eight whole hours what a hero," Washington Free Beacon reporter Andrew Kerr tweeted. "Libs get participation trophies for literally skipping breakfast," The Spectator reporter Matthew Foldi tweeted.
  4. I'm assuming you meant to quote wbfan. 🙂
  5. And not only NOT protect our borders, they want to oppose any state that does. democrats = open borders, plain and simple.
  6. And I feel the same way, but I wouldn't want to suppress, by law, someone else's right to debate the point. If we go that route it will come to something that's important to each of us. I'm talking about suppression of debate, not refusal of debate.
  7. [Hidden Content] The democrat party is truly pathetic in so many ways. Someone on the left, tell me why Texas trying to secure their border because the fed gov won't is wrong. From the article: Beto O'Rourke called on President Biden to confront Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, on Wednesday in an op-ed for the New York Times and demanded he "stop this madness" at the southern border. O'Rourke, who lost to Abbott in the Texas gubernatorial race in November, said it was time for Biden to "step up." "It’s on Mr. Biden to stop this madness. In fact, promoting a humane immigration and asylum system is exactly what Mr. Biden promised to do when he ran for office," he wrote, condemning Abbott's border security measures. The Department of Justice announced that it had plans to sue Abbott over the use of a floating buoy barrier along the Rio Grande to stop illegal immigration into the state.
  8. I agree with your point about difference of political thought, but whether or not a line gets crossed in a deal with another country that knowingly harms America and it's citizens is always a worthy debate. Everything should be debated, it's guaranteed in the First Amendment. No one should ever be given power to decide what's worthy of debate. I think it's absurd that we're debating what is a man or a woman, but I would never want to call to censor the discussion.
  9. [Hidden Content] From the article: SAN DIEGO – Law enforcement leaders today announced that an unprecedented two-month fentanyl-enforcement surge along the southwest border has resulted in the seizure of about 4,721 pounds of fentanyl, 1,700 pounds of fentanyl precursors and more than 200 arrests of alleged smugglers, traffickers and dealers within the Southern and Central Districts of California. The surge, labeled Operation Blue Lotus, was launched by the Department of Homeland Security along the Southwest border, including the Southern and Central districts of California and the District of Arizona, from March 13 to May 10, 2023. According to DHS, in San Diego County alone, the two-month surge has resulted in a 300 percent increase in fentanyl seizures versus the same period last year – from 732 pounds in 2022 to 2,931 pounds in 2023. During the DHS surge, the U.S. Attorney’s Office saw a 30 percent increase in defendants prosecuted for fentanyl-related crimes in the Southern District of California compared to the same time period in 2022. And these prosecutions follow a record-setting fiscal year 2022, when we prosecuted 317 defendants for fentanyl offenses (more than an 1,800 percent increase compared to FY2017). [Hidden Content] This is one seizure, from the article: Governor Greg Abbott today announced that Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Special Agents assigned to the Austin Violent Crimes Task Force (AVCTF) seized over 507,000 lethal doses of fentanyl along with other narcotics, guns, ammunition, and several stolen vehicles this morning.
  10. lol, someone else is off the rails.
  11. What are you talking about? To bet that Trump will win would be giving the American people way too much credit. My point has simply been that Trump was the better President, which is true on all accounts, but for me to bet hard earned money on snowflakes making the right choice, no thanks.
  12. [Hidden Content] Truly a clown show! From the article: The White House narrative that Hunter Biden’s art buyers will remain anonymous to prevent the appearance of any undue influence is falling apart after it was reported a President Biden appointee is one of Hunter Biden's friends and buyers. Hunter Biden’s artwork has brought in at least $1.3 million, and one of the buyers is Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, who was appointed by President Biden to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad in July 2022, Business Insider reported Monday. Hirsh Naftali previously donated over $200,000 to President Biden’s 2020 campaign and has visited the White House over a dozen times since he’s been in office. Her appointment came eight months after Hunter Biden’s first art opening, though it’s not clear whether her purchase came before or after the appointment.
  13. You gotta remember that Clinton was actually guilty of what he was impeached for, there is no disputing that. Neither of the Trump impeachments had any merit, IMO.
  14. I don't think there would be much difference between the two, both would have others calling the shots. The Biden crimes are apparently getting too obvious to ignore, even for the left of center media outlets. To be honest, I don't see anything happening.
  15. It may be "Hammer Time" after all. [Hidden Content] From the article: House Speaker Kevin McCarthy predicted Republicans will gather enough evidence soon to mount an impeachment inquiry against President Biden, as the corruption scandal enveloping him and his son Hunter continues to grow. McCarthy, R-Calif., made reference to a relatively new revelation from the House Oversight Committee that – while Joe was vice president – Hunter Biden "capitalized" on a financial relationship with a Romanian national later convicted on corruption charges. According to prepared remarks from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., in June, the Bidens received more than $1 million in 17 increments.
  16. You can read about busts just like this and about some of the legislation that Texas is passing pertaining to fentanyl. It may not show up in your news sources. [Hidden Content]
  17. White liberals are, without a doubt, the greatest threat to this country. Politicians, professors, entertainers, media, FBI, DOJ and even the military, they’re everywhere.
  18. You’re no conservative, stop making the claim.
  19. Ummm, you guys do realize no nominations have occurred, lol. It’s hilarious seeing biden voters trying to make fun of Trump voters in the mess we have now. You’re the reason we’re here, remember?
  20. Let’s try and stick to the present, democrats ARE the party of war-mongers and speech suppression.
  21. Let me get this straight, you voted for Trump twice because you knew he was the better candidate between him and Biden. Now you are calling out Trumpers (none on here, I don't believe) because you say they will assure another Biden victory which you say is a bad thing. All while proudly stating that you will now vote against Trump which will help get Biden elected (same outcome you blame Trumpers for) which you have admitted was the worst choice between the two AND proving that you believe that by your two votes for Trump. Face it, you're the problem.
  22. You must be either a democrat or liberal media because trump is all you talk about.
