Well in some towns, if one kid doesnt play little league and just plays select, it almost apears as if he is sticking his nose up at their league, making some of the league guys not like the select kid. This could cause some turmoil with team chemistry once they get to the high school team. You can debate this, but it happened to me a few years back.

Hmm. I think jasper has normal fans, Do some of them cuss? yes. Is it "nonstop cussing and yelling" in my opinion...no.

2012 is the most all around solid class Jasper has right now, I wouldnt be surprised to see a few of those guys step up next year. Sowell comes back and has to be considered the "Ace", with Phillips as the number two, and maybe one or two others who can pitch every now and again. Hopefully the offense can pick up this year, some of the guys that I think jasper was depending on kind of had a lower year than expected. I def. agree with the middle infield statement, it will be pretty good. Im also interested to see how the outfield turns out, like i said before dont be surprised if a couple of 2012 guys get in the outfield. I think the dogs can make a pretty respectable run next year.

I dont buy the K-ville hype yet, I just dont think they will have a very good QB, and the argument will be a great RB, But i just dont think he will be enough to overcome a bad QB.

Probably not as well as last year....but still very well. He is such a solid catcher, and one of the most dependable players on this team. I dont think he's hit as many bombs this year though.

Well....I guess ill answer the question of the topic....."Can Jasper live up to the past?" the answer is no....talent wise. But determination and hard play, yes. Great coaching staff and good kids to go along with it is a good pair. Jasper will be fine.

Improving is almost an understatement. This team at the begging looked pretty bad, well at least compared to the past few jasper teams. And they are now playing pretty well, a deep playoff isn't completley out of the question, they are just going to have to get good matchups and one game series. Good luck dawgs.

Well if I remember correctly, jasper started out very slow against center.... they ened up smoking them but if they come out like that again, center might be able to capitalize on it......might. lol

I think its somewhere around 18 to 20 years, just a guess though.

Yea, winning out would be ideal. I just hope they can get the bats going, and one of the three pitchers starts being consistant

Jasper just has to win at least most of their remaing district games to lock up third, which I think they will do because no one wants to be that team that broke the consecutive playoff apperances.
