Spurger loses to much in Blankenship (sp) and wont return. Yes I realize Whittaker is a force, but he no good if they dont have anyone to throw it to him. Silsbee has a shot, as always.

Pitching is nice with ace Sowell, and a great #2 in Phillips and a young Clark has stepped up. Hitting is great this year 1-6....7-9 will get the ball in play more throughout the year i think. And defensivly they are solid as always.

Seems like jasper's lineup is very weak at the bottom. Good thing its pretty stout at the top!

Haha, I wasnt jumping you. I was just saying....

Jasper does have some speed this year. Pitching staff should be pretty deep and solid. Could very well be a great year for the dawgs.

Great season by the dawgs. When it comes down to it, Gilmer is just an amazing team and will (IMO) win the state championship with no competition. Again, Way to go dawgs!
