They are arresting people in Texas. The Texas government however is not refusing to notify the federal government of illegal aliens under arrest nor trying to hide them. The best way to deport people is to notify ICE when such a person is in custody. The person is already safely locked up and there is no need for a street confrontation.

I supported their right to protest right up until they started beating up cops and trying to stop the peaceful transfer of power. But that’s just me… I judge right and wrong based on actions, not the political party of the people involved. And for what it’s worth, nothing I saw done on these videos by the ice protestors today came even close to the way the Capitol police were treated on 1/6… and those all guys got pardoned because they hadn’t done anything wrong, lol.

We’ll have to disagree until more info comes out. Unfortunately we have allowed a culture to arise where hostile protests and challenging LEAs has become a protected right.

[Hidden Content] try this one… the ice agent in the grey jacket that comes in late disarmed the victim, then spun away with the weapon… he’s a step or two away when the shots ring out. I suspect that he saw the weapon exposed by the struggle, not because it was being brandished… he called out gun, and obviously one of the other agents popped off. it’s also important to note that the victim wasn’t fighting, it appears that he was trying to protect his head from the pistol-whipping being administered by a different ice agent.

Sir… he never pulled a gun. And it had already been taken from him when he was killed. and if you are unarmed and on your hands and knees, then someone dumps an entire mag into your back-you were executed.

All of the clips I’m seeing are on X (Twitter). The news stations censor them before the shooting starts. There’s a woman in a pink jacket on the sidewalk… her video is the clearest and most complete that I’ve seen.

Each view can be subjective. Did he reach for his gun? Maybe. He wasn’t executed.

No, sir… the ice agent who is walking towards the camera is holding the victims gun in his right hand in the video you posted. Watch other angles. You can see it through the windshield of the car. In other videos is even distinguishable as the weapon that’s been identified as belonging to the shooter sitting on a car seat.

The officer has to have a reasonable, articulable belief that the person poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury to the officer or others. The weapon was removed before he was shot.

Honestly, I haven’t seen that. What a terrible place to conceal. I’ll keep looking.

The weapon was removed from the back of his waist. At no time was it displayed. The shots were fired after the removal of the weapon. There are several videos out from different angles.

So, an ICE agent who defends himself and his fellow agents from an armed protester is called a murderer, but a police officer who didn’t try and kill a school shooter is considered a coward. It seems you lefties have all the bases covered…..damned if you do, damned if you don’t. You can quote me if you like. Twist it into something totally different.

They will be tried and held accountable.
