There is some wording issues. I follow a pretty unbiased attorney on another social media platform. He said the statute granting a 6 month extension seems to depend on whether the dismissed indictment was a "void" or voidable" act. If it was a "void" that likely means it was a nullity, did not stop the statute from running, and the statute has expired. If it was "Voidable" then it was valid until it was invalidated, the statute was met by the indictment back when it was returned, and the 6 month extension likely applies..... Any attorneys on the page care to chime in?

Never understood why schools put their home side on the east side of the stadium. Never makes any sense. Lumberton used to be that way but has switched. LCM is on the east side.

I was told my a friend of mine from India that they have influencing centers so to speak. They have 1000's of cheap phones in the center, all with different social media accounts and all can be controlled by a few people. Well, they face-guarded Scales and were all over him but once they saw that our boys were going to work to get him free, yalls defensive game plan should have gotten changed up. If the whole plan is to stop one guy, but he is still getting touches, you have to try something different. Even LCM did that to us but still lost by 30. (Yes, I am biased and hate seeing teams only try to keep my son from getting the ball, lol) Too many bad fruits definitely makes sense, a lot of those younger guys yall have need to move back down and quit looking to shoot every time they touch it. The ball should be in Bush and Dennison's hands every time down the floor until Mungy and Smart get back. Even once they return, yall have a very good Senior Heavy Core that needs to lead and be getting those shots. Those guys have worked too hard to be fighting for touches from younger guys with their Mommas in the stands yelling, "shoot it" every time they touch it. Trust me, I know, we have the same problem with some of our guys playing up right now. Things will definitely change for you guys when Mungy and Smart get back. Mungy is a floor general and Smart is an enforcer. All that nonsense wont fly with them. In the meantime, Bush needs to be more vocal. He is the best player on the team and he needs to lead with authority. he has more than earned that right. He is a great young man and if they wont follow him, then Daspit should cut them! Yes I was a bit surprised they are not doing the game. Maybe College Station has a stream. Could also be an NFHS game.

Here's the thing about his statement. When Kilgore goes all the way and wins state title, in a sense, his statement would be true. The better way to say it is "I'm predicting Kilgore to win the state championship". I agree with you bullets. Crawford, Pine Tree, teams still left in this region are better than BC. Then you have Celina, Stephenville, Alvarado, Calallen, La Vernia, West Palms and Springtown. BC would definitely be the underdogs in all those match ups.

You made a really good post and then ruined it with those last two sentences. BC squeaked by Huffman’s backup QB to secure the only winnable bidistrict matchup, beat a 4-seed by a field goal, then an average Navasota team by a touchdown. Now you’re claiming their third round game against Kilgore is the one that will likely decide the state championship? While I admire the confidence, there are 15 other teams left, and BC would maaaaybe be favored against two of them, and double digit underdogs to almost all of the rest. And no road to the state championship will include either of those two weaker teams. A Bridge City championship will require wins over four teams in succession that are light years ahead of any team bridge city has played this year.
