So exactly what is your argument or point here? That there is no one within Iranian leadership who want a deal and for this to end? You believe Iran is completely unified in it's stance against a deal and they all want war? The entire Iranian leadership is made up of factions, including the IRGC. And you think they are all on the same page?

Exactly what part of my statement was untrue? I never said "small" factions, you added that. I said there were factions and leadership that want to make a deal, and hardliners in the IRGC that do not. I also said these do not seem like coordinated attacks, but rather hardliners trying to sow chaos (shooting a projectile towards a tanker). I also stated that it will cause things to escalate...it has. You don't have to be in the situation room to apply some common sense and see what's going on. But I do agree they are playing us. And it's probably about to get ugly.
