It’s like I asked a couple of weeks ago when Kash Patel fired the fbi agents who investigated Trump’s mishandling of classified documents… you know, the ones he showed to reporters, hid in his bathroom, lied to the fbi and said that they’d all been returned, then had them taken from his possession… all of which was, in fact, criminal, btw. Y’all are angry that law enforcement investigated an alleged criminal act. Hippy specifically… One of my kids was questioned by the Sheriff’s office his senior year in high school. No charges were ever filed. Does that mean that Sgt Johnny from the Orange County SO should have been fired for having the audacity to investigate a reported criminal act? Should I hate her for “coming after my family?” Should I celebrate her death if she passes? “Good… I’m glad she’s dead.” How does that sound? I’m just thankful you weren’t held to the same standards as a police officer to which you hold everybody else in the other side of the aisle. Some people are so far up Trump’s behind that they can’t even recognize the fact they’ve lost touch with reality.

I thunk you’re down the middle. I wouldn’t call you either side. I would have agreed 150% about the President being held to a higher lever 10-12 years ago. When Trump started being called a Russian asset, the media played along as well as Congress and most political leaders on the left. Even after it was known there was false statements, it continued. They have tagged him a Nazi, and all kinds of horrible things. You can see today on this forum. Do you think if he politely countered and disputed all those things he would have won in 2016 or 2024? Jeb Bush tried the high road and you see where that got him. It is like he disappeared off the face of the earth.
