Bridge City at Hamshire-Fannett Game Thread/Bridge City wins 30-0!

Just wanted to be sure this thread at least said something about how well BC played instead of all the other stuff apparently going on at HF. BC played a very good game on both sides of the ball and it showed both on the field and the on the scoreboard. Running back Ashton Hunter carried most of the load while QB Daniel Faulk made plays with both his arm and running ability. The Cards D Coordinator dialed up a great plan which held the Longhorns to only 4 first downs and punctuated the night with a great goal line stand in the 2nd half. BC plays a very scrappy HJ this coming week. The Cardinals continue to control their own playoff fate with a district mark of 2-1.

HF has a couple of really nice athletes on their team and could certainly play the spoiler for one of the playoff contenders in the district. It's only a matter of time before they put it all together.
