Glynn Cyprien is a pretty dang good recruiter.  I think he'd be a solid hire.  Billy Gillespie just offered him $300,000 to be his assistant at Texas Tech.  That's pretty big money for an assistant.

I'm not a big Pat Knight fan.  He will provide some credibility from his time at Texas Tech, but he had 1 winning season at there.  Not to mention he never gets that job if it wasn't for his dad.
