Last night the Red Sox's completed the season 11-0. Searching archives for another team to do this in last 40 years. Braves defeated the Mets in earlier action.

Tonight closes the regular season for Sr. Babe Ruth. Our games will be 90 minutes so we can announce the league awards which should be around 9 pm.

Since we are hosting the State Tournament in Nederland this year for 15's, 16's and 17/18's we are a few houses short for host parents. Of course we always go first to the many families that played Babe Ruth baseball in the past 40 years. Our former players that are now 30 and 40 years old will remember when they were put up at this age from all parts of the country. It's your time to return as host parents, so when you get that call remember that.

A big thanks go out to our concession crew, umpires and of course the Nederland ISD for the field.
