He didn't break his collarbone and continue running for a touch down, he broke his collarbone diving into the endzone showboating. If he had just run into the endzone, there wasn't anyone close to tackling him, he would have been able to finish the season out and his dad would have been able to see him play in more than one college game at OU. Remember you will be going into downtown Houston around rush hour and although rush hour is lighter on Friday as lots of folks leave work early, it is still pretty slow moving.
