I think Faircloth played at Brownwood in HS....Played baseball at Sam Houston Univ....Coached at Westlake/Highland Park and now is at OPermian...

My question on him is....Is he really the OC or does the Assoc Head Coach call the offense....Big difference in my opinion...I noticed the Assoc head Coach came in after he moved to Odessa Permian???.....I would need more assurance...

I've seen several clinics in which the Odessa Permian offense was speaking, and it was the head coach talking.  Faircloth was not.  I think the head coach runs the offense and calls the plays.

CEAUXCH, that wasn't SFA, that was BRU, and you are 5'5... my opinion is that Stump would rather stay at a program where he can win consistently, go a few rounds or more deep and put himself in a position to move on to bigger and better things... that won't necesarrly happen at PNG.  The guy is around here, he talks to people, and he's not ignorant... he knows what's going on in this area.

Email your superintendant if you want Stump!!

I am sorry EC, I just don't see him leaving WB.

Stowers left Central today for more money.  What's to say that Stump doesn't to the same this week or next.  All the Beaumont Coaches make the same income, they for sure will not pay a new coach at Central what Stump really deserves at WB.  Just more of a reason for Stump to become an INDIAN.  I'll bet if the PNGISD would let Stump bring a few of his coaches with him this would have already been a done deal.

Wanted to let you in a little secret.... some people look further down the road that a few thousand dollars.  If I didn't think, I could bust a coulpla ten by make a move, then I wouldn't.  If Stump thinks that way, then he'll avoid PNG like the plague... I've said it once I'll say it again... HE KNOWS WHATS COMING AT PNG.

Maybe what's coming at WB??? The point seems to be that Stump has aspirations beyond high school, if he does, wheres the best place to be??? I have an opinion of that, sounds like Brubaker does as well.

There is no competition here. It's Danaher, period. If, for whatever reason, Danaher does not accept an offer from PNG, the competition will begin with the remaining candidates. But...until Danaher makes his decision, there is no competition.

He knows where he will be able to win more than 2 weeks worth of playoff games.

Surely you don't think that's a NOBRAINER... I'd bet WB at this point.

Skirtin the issue put out on the table.  Fair question: elaborate...."Whats coming at PNG?"  "Avoid PNG like the plague."  If you put out there on the table, you should be able to back it up.

I think the point is he knows what coming at WB, he has aspirations beyond being a high school coach... and he has information around the area to make his decision.  If he takes the PNG job, then that bodes well for what he thinks PNG has coming up... that's what I'm saying.  PNG has everything in the world from a monetary standpoint to offer a high school coach at "A" point in his career, just have to figure out if this is the right point IMO

I never said I didn't want him. He is a great coach but you are making it out like every single person in PN-G only cares about Stump.

A majority of the posts on these threads are from people outside of PN-G with their own agendas begging for Stump.
