Neither team knows how to consistently wrap-up. Both teams have alot to work on. And also it would behoove both programs to invest in hydration early in the week and maintain it throughout. When Ozen went went away in 2005, low and behold, West Brook was back in the game, with Craig Stump. They went away in the 2017-2018 school year.. Quote
cal81 Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago WB looked about like Lumberton... 82 5A State Champs, KF89 and 2trill 2 1 Quote

Craig Stump took over in 2005, and what do you know, they made the playoffs for the first time since 1997, and went three rounds deep. The coach makes all the difference. Chuck Langston is a lame duck coach. Quote

Brook - Craig Stump Central - Donald Stowers Ozen - Thomas Brooks I know Brooks was a little earlier and Yes maybe these schools had better individual coaches in other years but I feel like around 2004 -2005 when Stump started at Brook and Stowers was in his 2nd year at central I believe that may have been the best collective of coaches in BISD . anyway this is Brooks vs Ned thread. Congrats Brook on starting 1-0 Quote
