they won't. but some of them may decide not to vote at all. And for centrists who vote either way, it's not an easy choice. both are bad candidates. there's no reason a race should be this close in Texas.

I unintentionally saw some clips of his CNN special and he did pretty well. Not that I believed anything he was saying.

that’s leaving it open and it’s cowardly

i see that he s shifted some of his stances on trans but to me that’s just him being disingenuous and to fool some mod dems and ind/mod into voting for him and he ll then revert back to his real self.

i dont trust either guy.  Its so bad that im to the point of having to vote for a certain person cause a no vote/or vote for someone else is a vote for talarico

Why I don’t put much stock in polls. The polls saying Hillary would win in a “landslide” was pretty telling. Now this…

I was playing music in Louisiana and afterward went to a musicians house for food and drinks. The mix was 50/50 Republican/Democrat. The funniest thing that came up was how brutal Texas political ads are versus Louisiana, especially the Paxton/Talarico ads…..We all had a great time and managed to share our political beliefs without throwing insults at each other. I was not called homophobic one time for believing boys should not play in girls sports. My point is hiding behind a keyboard and insulting folks that don’t agree with you is not real life.  I also found out Talarico is not real popular even among Democrats in Lousiana.

I've started replying to all the texts with "I told myself I'd vote for the opponent who texted me next, so I guess you lose!"

But Paxton is a crook. If I remember correctly, he allowed a child molester to serve only 2 months in jail and he was in trouble due to SEC violations. I don't think his opponent believes in 6 genders. He said 6 chromosomal variations. There is a differences.

I wasn’t sure if any reply would be seen. Thought it only responded to “STOP”. I even got messages from Talarico, so it’s not party based. I did reply once telling them that they stole my number.

Imagine trying to justify (or simping for) a candidate who believes there are 6 genders or is OK with child mutilation. Good grief!
